When I first met Nicki (Advisor) it was like we had known each other for years, she was so friendly and listened to what I was trying to achieve with my estate and the concerns I had regarding how to plan for the future. Nicki immediately eased my concerns by taking me through things step by step and in a manner that I could understand. After agreeing the way forward with Nicki, she went straight to work, she presented me with what I required, the costs involved and how we get it done from start to finish. I have been in business for many years and I cannot praise Nicki enough for her total professionalism, what Nicki said she was going to do she did efficiently and always phoned me to confirm or deal with any queries. Nicki basically gave me a first class service and is so easy going but very good at what she does.
