I have nothing but the most respect and gratitude for the competence, professionalism and dedication Giles has always demonstrated. Giles has sorted out my mortgage twice in the space of 5 years for every house I bought and has given me his professional advice on another couple of occasions. He has always been outstanding and given me a very personalised level of service. He is the broker I would recommend to any family member or close friend. Review - Giles Wilkinson I have recently completed a purchase of a flat in Norwich. In short, Giles deserves 6 stars. He provided a flawless service from start to finish; including a detailed briefing at the start, getting the mortgage sorted in a matter of days and ultimately being on the end of the phone right through until completion, long after his fee was paid. There we numerous issues during the purchase, resulting in the conveyancing process entering it's sixth month recently, however Giles has gone above and beyond to push this through. I would happily recommend his services to anyone.

I found speaking with the Mortgage Adviser (Neil Ormsby) a very pleasant experience, as I was talked through mortgages in a detailed manner. Friendly enough chap who dealt with my mortgage. Nothing really stood out where I’d say ‘ oh that was good !’ or ‘ that was good value’. Only thing I’d say is I’d use them again but would definitely not use their legal firm , that he suggested I’d use, oh so expensive. I was scared to get in touch with them,with an enquirery into the legal side of things, fearing they’d bump the charges up just for talking to me. As far as the advisers side of things he did his best.
