Imran and (Harmony Financial Services) was recommended to me by my brother after I had been given incorrect information and bad experiences from other brokers. Imran was always available to help me with any concerns or advice throughout the whole transaction of buying my first ‘buy-to-let’ property. I loved how personal and bespoke the transaction felt to me, with Imran always responding to any queries and issues, and a lot of the time by WhatsApp voice note! In brief an informative, innovative and personal service. I dealt with Imran at Harmony Financial Service, he was always friendly and helpful, while being extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our mortgage was a special case, as both myself and my wife have stipend based income, having tried a series of high street & specialist - through estate agent recommended brokers; Harmony FS was the only broker to be able to secure a stipend based mortgage. With Imran the process went smoothly and our mortgage in principle was secured within a week of application and the offer made within a day of documents being supplied (survey etc.). Honestly I could not recommend the service highly enough, it made the process of obtaining a mortgage hassle-free and the fees for the brokerage are below or on par with most brokers. If your looking for a mortgage with a stipend based income, Harmony financial services are the best in the business.
