Darrell has been excellent with the way that he has handled our re-mortgage. When the 1st lender withdrew the mortgage offer Darrell was in constant communication with us and straight away found us the next best deal. Amazing !! Exceeded all expectations and I am not what you would say an easy client. A special mention needs to go to Simone Hughes of the Hucknall Branch - phenomenal. This girl will go further than the extra mile for you - so make sure you request her as she definitely has your families best interest at heart. Simone managed to get me a cheaper mortgage than what I was currently paying monthly with my previous lender as well as help secure a lump sum of money so I can carry out a bathroom project. Simone managed to get me and my family a £50.00 Amazon voucher after I referred a family member to re-mortgage with just mortgages because I was so impressed with Simone Hughes at Justmortgages. I know this review seems to be the Simone show but it really was - the legal representation handling my chosen mortgage company made a few errors and Simone raised a complaint and even managed to secure our family some money back. Well done Justmortgages - Simone Hughes you need to open your own mortgage broker business as you are wasted working for someone else. Impressed is an understatement.
