Can’t rate Tom & his team highly enough, I sold my house via their estate agents & also used the fantastic mortgage service. I sold my house really quickly & for more than we were expecting, Hayley was amazing at keeping us updated from start to finish & was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Tom did our mortgage for us, which I was very nervous about as I am self employed with only 1 years books, but not only did he get us exactly what we wanted to borrow he got us a fantastic rate on it to. If you are newly self employed & looking for a mortgage I can highly recommend Tom & his team.

My partner and I stumbled across Tom's Facebook group last year where he offers mortgage advice. From there as things began to progress to us looking at properties, we used Tom and his team to help, guide and advise us going forward. Once we got to the point of making an offer for a house they were on hand to accelerate the process so easily, calmly and explaining everything we had questions about. Tom is very professional but also has a great human touch and kept us beyond relaxed during zoom calls and phone chats. We couldn't recommend him and his team enough to anyone looking for guidance, especially those new to buying a house as a first time buyer like we are. Brilliant service and great value.

Tom and his team were absolutely amazing at sorting out mortgage from the initial chat and the ‘can we really do this’ conversation in our pj’s via zoom and then the mad rush to get it all sorted within a couple of weeks. Don’t get me wrong, it was stressful but Tom guided us through and was a total pro through the whole thing. With the pandemic I forgot I was due my remortgage so was very late in searching for a new mortgage but this wasn't an issue for Tom and his fantastic team! Being my first solo remortgage I was nervous but they made the process so easy and simple for me. Lots of options for communicating with the team so you can choose which is convenient for you and they are always quick to respond to any queries no matter how small. Instead of just showing me the cheapest mortgage for me monthly, they took the time to show/ explain that I would need to pay a lot more in fees than I would save with a different one. Any other company would have happily have taken my money instead of helping save me money. I had such a great experience with my mortgage that I am now in the process of arranging my life insurance with them too. Overall an amazing local company with trustworthy and honest advice, wouldn't go anywhere else now!
