I have used Trinity Mortgage Brokers for many years now and can not speak highly enough of them. They are trustworthy and always seek the market for the best deals and know it inside out, but do not just think about the hear and now, but the future and this one thing that separates them from everyone else, especially as some broker just chase the best deal for them, Trinity are the total opposite and I suspect their repeat custom is off the scale. They always keep you up to date and well informed, always understand your needs and come up with solutions to ensure your personal goals are achieved with the best solutions to accommodate that. I have worked with Becky and her team with always and end goal in mind and she has managed to support us with our first purchase, 2 further house moves whilst reducing our mortgage term along the journey which when taking a step back is exceptional. Trinity are always proactive and this has been invaluable in 'beating the market' with constant change and conditions and really appreciated, especially with how the market is so volatile as we find today having secured my latest fixed rate 6 months in advance. I would not use any one else and have recommended many people to Trinity who have all genuinely experienced a same service as my own which is great to here as reputation is everything.

We chose Trinity after reading many reviews on different brokers and we are glad we did. Charlotte sorted everything. We had a MIP in hand and found a property we loved, but it was above the amount we had applied for and the estate agent was accepting full and final offers by the end of the day. Charlotte took no time at all to amend the amount applied for and now the property is our home. She kept us up to date with information regarding interest rate rises and secured us a mortgage just before all the interest rates started to go up. Being first time buyers we did not know where to start when it came to looking at mortgages and the financial process etc involved. After going to couple of independent mortgage advisers in Plymouth who were either slow to respond, did not seem interested in our case and told us they could not help, I lost heart. Quite a few people came back and recommended Trinity Independent Mortgage Brokers. One name at Trinity kept cropping up as a recommendation and that was Charlotte Staden. I bit the bullet and contacted Charlotte, so glad I did. Her unwavering determination, patience and professionalism were apparent from the off. She is such a positive lady who makes you feel comfortable and reassured. Within no time she had found us the right mortgage and sorted us an agreement in principal. Everything from our perspective went smoothly. I don't think we could have got a more dedicated person dealing with our case. I should imagine this is the professional bar set for the whole of the Trinity team, each member seems to have very good reviews. Further to this, when it came to the conveyancing process I did not have a clue who to use. Again, Charlotte recommended a very good solicitor and now we are ready to complete. This has all been during COVID. No delays, just an awesome mortgage adviser who got the job done and helped us buy our first home! I would highly recommend Charlotte and the Trinity team.

I was very impressed with Trinity Mortgages, I have used them 2 years ago with my remortgage, I was able to knock 9 years off my mortgage for a small increase in monthly payments. This time round Charlotte helped me again. I messed her around with potentially moving house, then remortgaging my current house, now we are moving again. I had seen a house for sale online and, one weekend, £35k was knocked off the price making it potentially (but still extremely unlikely) doable. This was Sunday. On the Monday, I contacted Charlotte... She advised us that we could do it and so we viewed the property that evening. Tuesday, she had a mortgage in principle for us. Wednesday, we viewed the property again. First thing Thursday morning, we put in our offer at the asking price. Sadly, it wasn't meant to be on that occasion however we now had a mortgage in principle and, when another property came along a couple of months later, we were able to go in for it immediately...
