I rarely write reviews, but I felt it necessary, due to the outstanding service provided by Jenny and Charlie at LifeLink. Everything was dealt with very quickly and professionally and they managed to secure me a mortgage, despite my age and the fact that I am self employed. I will definitely be using this company again, once my 5 year fixed rate deal expires and recommend you to make use of their services too! I would also like to say, that several other companies that I contacted, couldn't even be bothered to get back to me, unlike LifeLink, who worked on my case immediately, as soon as I made my initial call. Excellent service, ladies! Thank you.

Can’t recommend LifeLink Services enough! After months of unsuccessful viewings, I couldn’t wait any longer and decided to go ahead with changing my job. As luck would have it, as soon as I handed my notice in - we had an offer accepted! Matt and Charlie worked tirelessly to find a mortgage that would enable us to still move. My role was brand new, part time and a fixed term contract so I didn’t think it was possible. After hours of hard work and constant communication they were able to find me a mortgage, get it approved and help me to move into my new house. Jenny and the team are amazing. We have been using them for about the last 5 years for our rental properties and always remind us we need to change and get us a great deal. I would also say that when you have an issue they will do all they can to support. We had some issues on our first house which we bought at auction. They managed to find us a change of product and a new mortgage and funds sent within 14 days and avoided us loosing thousands of pounds on our deposit.
