I contacted Paul to arrange a mortgage for a new build property after being recommended by the property developer. It was just before Christmas and I was trying to get a mortgage application organised as soon as possible. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and his experience was invaluable in securing a great mortgage deal. He was always available (even weekends) and even worked all the way up to Christmas Eve to get the mortgage application processed. Paul provides a five star service and I would 100% recommend him. I will definitely being using Paul again for my buildings/contents insurance and when I need a new mortgage deal later on down the line.

Paul went above and beyond to help me secure the mortgage offer required, specific to a new build property where a guaranteed 45 day extension can be obtained simply by notifying the lender should the completion date be pushed back. Wow!!! What can I say? My experience with TM Financial Solutions has been nothing short of a blessing.
