Asking Dai to help us sort our finances was the best thing we have done in ages! His down to earth, patient advice and explanations means that we understand where we are, where we are going and how we can get there. Dai absolutely knows his stuff and is a top guy to boot! He has helped us with our pensions, investments and we know when our kids come to buy houses we will be asking him to help organise the finances for that too. Thank you Dai!

Throughout the whole process I felt I had a very powerful advocate who was totally committed to making this happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable and always extremely efficient. I don't usually rate. But Sterling Welsh are special. Six weeks ago I had no idea that I could buy a house, have insurances, find a Solicitor who works With me not just files my accounts etc, etc. But a House? No chance. I met Dai - 4 weeks ago, and since that time he and his team have totally turned my life around. I really can't believe how much these guys have changed my life. 4 years ago, I lay dying for 6 months in hospital from multiple organ failure, sepsis, double pneumonia, etc, and then they discharged me to no home. so I spent a year living on the streets homeless.
