After speaking to a few mortgage advisors my partner and I decided to go with Ryan at the Mortgage Advice Centre. We are absolutely delighted we did as Ryan's service was simply first class. We were both First Time Buyers and were a little clueless /nervous about the whole process, and Ryan was excellent at guiding us through the steps. My new home purchase involved arranging a residential mortgage and two buy-to-let mortgages at the same time. After I was let down trying to deal with something so complicated with a telephone broker, Ryan stepped in at the eleventh hour to save the day! Our initial face-to-face meeting, which Ryan managed to accommodate next day, was invaluable to understand the different lender’s criteria, the range of mortgage terms and rates available and the best way of raising the funds required: I left confident that it was “do-able” and he would be able to co-ordinate these multiple mortgage applications together. Ryan dealt extremely promptly with some requests for further information from the lenders and responded quickly to my associated emails or calls. This was very reassuring at what could otherwise have been a worrying time and was in stark contrast to my previous experience of dealing with a call centre and being "another number". Flawless service and I would thoroughly recommend the face-to-face service that Ryan provides. I will come back in future.

After many weeks of meetings, emails and telephone conversations we became a little despondent about buying our first home.
