My TV had a breakdown and as I was insured with Smart Cover they arranged to have it repaired. Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to Aaron, who has been very professional and has kept me updated throughout. His customer service was fantastic and a true pleasure to deal with. Secondly, my experience of this company has been way above my expectations and I would 100% recommend smart cover to everyone. They took my TV away, ordered the parts, which took a bit of time due to being stuck in customs; however, this is where Aaron excelled as he gave me updates daily. Really happy with repairs, more so with the service. Great work!
