Having been lucky enough to have had a growing business I looked to improve and update things as a matter of course. I therefore made the dreaded decision to deal with my insurances…………(I groan even thinking about it!) I contacted Brian from G3 Insure and explained where my business was, what we were currently working on and the portfolio of works we had coming. It became apparent very quickly in the chat with Brian that my insurance requirements where somewhat lacking to what they should have been. Brian was very honest and upfront with his advice on what we needed and in fact some of the insurances we did not need. He was also highly informative and unlike previous experiences with other brokers never once tried to blind me with terminology and confusing language. 24 hours after our consultation Brian came back to me with a plan, suggested policies and how to take things forward. I had no hesitation in accepting the deals Brian sourced for me and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We have been working with G3 as our insurer for several years-but only recently had the need to make a claim. As we were literally leaving the country as I damaged an item of jewellery, I resorted to sending an email from the airport with a photograph. Brian not only handled everything without making a drama out of it, but he also found our valuation documents to support a claim, whilst I was out of the UK. Brian, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your amazing efforts in a recent insurance claim for damage to my photography equipment. As you are aware, my camera and lens were accidentally damaged on a shoot by one of your clients in November 2016 and after discussion it was kindly agreed that your client would claim for all damages through her business insurance. Photography is my livelihood and of course I need my equipment to run my business, I do have spare equipment but in particular I required the damaged lens to be repaired as soon as possible. From the outset you were fantastic, and even though I am not your client, you treated me like I was and your service was second to none. You dealt with the whole claim process thoroughly and made sure the insurance company were informed of the urgency required for me to have my equipment repaired in the quickest time possible. You kept me informed on a regular basis as to how the claim was processing, dealing with any queries along the way to ensure deadlines were met. I have to say that I was overwhelmed by your efforts, you were extremely helpful and took away all the stresses that I may have experienced without your help. I would highly recommend you and G3 Insurance to all my family and friends and when my business and house insurance are due for renewal in May/June 2017 I will most definitely be giving you a call.
