A & S Home Designs were simply first rate from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys. We were offered expert advice and insight during the design phase to ensure the kitchen delivered everything we were hoping for, and in the end a load of benefits we hadn't given any thought too. It is abundantly clear that Stevie has a huge wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for kitchen design and fitting. Stevie and Josephine were kind and patient with us considering our indecision at times. We never at any point in the process felt pressured but instead supported. They offered a turn-key service whereby all trades including plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting & decorating, floor fighting etc were all looked after for us. They project managed and scheduled all of these aspects. They also remodelled our dining room at the same time. They started work on the Monday ripping out our old kitchen and dining room, and by Friday of the same week everything was complete. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We are delighted with the end result of our kitchen. The aesthetics are fantastic, we get lots of compliments from friends and family. The functionality and workflow offered by the kitchen are a huge improvement on our previous kitchen. Lots of little things I wouldn't have thought about regarding the placement of certain items within the kitchen to aid in a smooth workflow when cooking etc have made a huge difference to us. This only comes with years of experience in kitchen design and fitting. My wife and I are above average in height, this was taken into account by Stevie and Josephine during the design phase and we now have worksurfaces slightly higher than a standard kitchen. I didn't even realise this was an option before. This little adjustment in height coupled with the improved under unit lighting has made a huge difference. We now have an abundance of storage space due to the clever layout and design. The lighting is fantastic. The kitchen is now our favourite room in the house. Aidan and his team of tradesmen were excellent. They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked tirelessly, leaving no mess behind and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. I can honestly recommend A&S Home Design for a kitchen refurbishment. Stephen, Adrian and the team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when the customer isn’t sure of what they want, ie me! They were very patient when I kept changing my mind but, eventually, I settled on my design and appliances. The fitting was trouble free and the team worked speedily, like a well oiled machine. They were clean, tidied up as they worked and with consideration of my needs. When there were a couple of issues post fitting (not their fault) the remedial work was carried out swiftly. This is a company who deliver what they promise. I’m delighted with my new kitchen.

He walked us through the design process, made ordering easy, got us a great deal on top of the range appliances, and was *always* on hand to answer any questions we had (inc about the issues that came up from our old wonky Victorian terraced kitchen shell – chimneys and bad previous extension and all!). Now we have our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier – we are so happy with the design and Stevie and his team made the process so easy when we were planning from afar (London).
