Had a great experience with Wren in Aintree. Initially, I was worried due to the mixed reviews and when you read some of the horror stories it puts you off - especially when you're parting with a fair chunk of cash. For those worrying (like I did) - don't. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation, measuring up to the brilliant fitting by Wren's own fitter, Robert. We went for the pre-built units, so it took less time for everything to go in. Wren's fitter Robert ripped out the old kitchen and managed to finish within a week, including new tiles being fitted and a few extra power sockets added. Wren include the kitchen being ripped out and taken away in the price - as well as all the bits of rubbish from the new kitchen - included in the price, so just check that in-store as it saves such a headache. Word of warning, the pre-built units take up a LOT of space, so make sure you have the room to store them when they're delivered. Honestly, I am over the moon with how it all turned out. We now have our dream kitchen and there's not a single thing wrong with it - it's fantastic. Ignore those miserable people who moan over the slightest, insignificant thing. Our experience was faultless and the fitting was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the tradesman, Robert (if you can request him, please do - he was ace).

From the beginning, the showroom has so many amazing options. From the kitchens on display we could choose and swap anything on show. We haven't bought a new kitchen in a long time so help was needed in the design. Our kitchen designer Kevin was brilliant, giving us great ideas, seeing the design on the screen is very helpful and exciting. The next day a surveyor came to measure then our final decisions were made. Delivery was good, efficient and on time. There were a few problems but customer service was brilliant. My new kitchen is now finished and looks amazing.

Had my Wren kitchen installed 7 months ago and the quality is fantastic. No marks or nicks and I haven’t exactly been delicate with it. Customer service/design service was great. I was sent the incorrect cooker hood in error and was sent the equivalent in funds to purchase my own (quicker) and they collected the original one. Plus the delivery charge of the kitchen was refunded as compensation for the inconvenience. Ashleigh at Aintree dealt with my kitchen and she was lovely, really friendly. Easily contactable with any queries and always happy to help.

I visited the Aintree Wren store, staff were really helpful & had no issues with me sourcing my own handles and worktops - personal preference. They were really competitive and everything arrived on time and how they had said. The kitchen designer offered really valuable advice & I can’t fault them at all. I’m very happy with my kitchen & service received.

Great first time experience of kitchen design which was helpful in trying to get a baseline for where to start with a kitchen extension. As reviewed before though, they need to check the units they have on display as some have chips, some have scratches and some doors aren't level, which isn't great when you're trying to sell a service that claims excellent products and durability.

I am so pleased with our new Wren kitchen. Right from the outset the process of getting a new kitchen has been great. From the initial ordering of the Wren catalogue, to the design process, to the delivery of the units and the ongoing customer service it all went very smoothly. Our kitchen fitter praises Wren in the fact that all the different parts of the units down to the smallest screw are included with no missing parts. The quality of the units is fabulous and very well designed. It is a joy now to be in the new kitchen.

Wren kitchens we’re great. The kitchen design team helped us get our design and appliances choices sorted in the middle of the Covid pandemic. They helped us bring our dream kitchen to life on OUR budget. Really great service and quality. Deliver team were great too, excellent communication throughout and delivered a missing piece next day. Wish we could have afforded their fitters especially as when we didn’t understand the instructions on a couple of cupboards the help team didn’t have copies of the instructions so weren’t able to help. We didn't know where to start with sorting out a whole new kitchen (especially as my husband had suggested as I knew what I wanted it would be better if I did the initial research!) I felt quite overwhelmed by the choices available but from the minute I walked into the showroom and sat down with Ellie, my designer, I felt totally at ease. I had a vision of what I wanted but didn't really think it would be possible in the space we had, but somehow even the first 3d design I saw was so close to what I'd dreamt of and it was an easy decision to say yes, when I'm usually so indecisive. After the kitchen had been measured properly by Wren, a few tweaks were made to the original design but the whole process was easy and stress-free and I really enjoyed my meetings with Ellie in the showroom. We used our own fitter as there was a delay for a Wren fitter, but the service we received was fantastic both prior to delivery and on the day itself. A couple of parts had minor damage but it was easy to just order replacements via the Wren app and they arrived really quickly. I can't praise Wren enough and we're delighted with our gorgeous new kitchen, which somehow looks bigger and with more storage space than we imagined possible and since seeing our kitchen my sister is now planning to go to buy her new kitchen from Wren in the coming months. I would absolutely recommend Wren if you're considering a new kitchen.

We originally visited the show room before the 3rd lockdown, it was the very next day when the lockdown was announced. Ashleigh from the showroom made every effort to get us in, in time to finalise all details as we were on the fence about a couple of thing. Unfortunately because of our commitments we couldn’t make it in time but that made no difference. Ashleigh went over and over our plan changing things to suit us perfectly until we had the final design we were happy with (this was right up until the day before) we then had a gentleman out to measure and a couple more changes where needed again Ashleigh took ownership and made it perfect! Then the kitchen was delivered we were even offered to have it delivered early which was amazing! The day before the kitchen arrived I was emailed to say the cooker we wanted was out of stock and they would upgrade for free but it may be late, it was not late arrived exactly in time. The size of the kitchen was much bigger than we anticipated but the delivery drivers made it work & kept things Covid safe! My husband fitted it himself and it seem very simple for him, we did have 1 issue where a drawer front was chipped, I reported the issue to Ashleigh and a new one was sent the next day. We are in love with out kitchen every person we dealt with was superb I could not recommend wren enough!!!

All aspects of our Wren experience was great, from the beginning we felt the initial measuring of our kitchen was the most professional (we had a few people out). The show room is good really big with an amazing selection to choose from and the designer was nice, patient, not at all pushy, and honest with his recommendations. Although the kitchens are a bit more than you can get in other places you can see why, the quality is great and the units are solid! The aftercare has been amazing too, any extra bits we have needed have been sent right away, one of my doors was scratched and was replaced no problem! Overall great experience with Wren, They was recommended to me by a friend and I have now passed them onto my sister!

In stores sales was not pushy and advised us in the design of the kitchen both practical and cost efficient. All visits to wren from start to finish was very helpful. We chose the 3 year 0% finance option which is great! The delivery came on the day as expected and we received a call when the driver was within an hour away. There is also an app to view where the driver is and when the estimated time of arrival. No missing or damaged items. We are very happy with the quality of the kitchen and the service provided from Wren and would recommend Wren to friends and family.

We also found the delivery of our kitchen excellent and we’re really pleased overall with the finalised kitchen. The only negative related to the overall time taken to install the new kitchen, which was longer than expected and longer than we were originally told when we ordered the kitchen.

Wren kitchen Staff at the wren store were polite and helpful even after a couple of visits to make alterations to the design. Delivery was a couple of days earlier than plan, but this had already been advised on before hand. The website to track the delivery was helpful as you could see exactly were the wagon was on it's journey. I installed the kitchen myself and everything went to plan. Milano ultra in cloud grey order number 28424976. This kitchen is perfect in both looks and build. Our experience was great from planner Paul who listened to what we wanted and amended when we changed our mind always a cuppa on offer on our visits. The one thing that was slightly and only slightly disappointing was it was us who had to contact wren to see if our plans were ok after the surveyer had measured our kitchen accurately which was a delay in our kitchen being built. Other than that the service was great and everything was delivered correct on the designated day. Our fitter found the plans easy to follow and had completed the work in 2 days. This is a great kitchen so different from our old traditional one and we love it.

I purchased a kitchen just after Christmas 2019. I found to my surprise that in that week Wren where the cheapest. Yes it was surprising. One of the main reason as well as price was the units come compete and not flat pack. The builder liked this as the units went up well with no problem. I had some damage to one of the doors and Wren sent a new door via customer service. One other reason why I picked Wren was the guarantee of 25 years. I did have a kitchen in my last place and there where a few issues over the years. One was the laminate peed off so need replacing. They went bust so with Wren 25 years I should be protected. My children have moved on so the kitchen should not get to much stain.I hope. We went for the round corner ends . This is a option but worth looking at. Instead of having 90 degree angle the ends have round end pillars. When you walk into a room your eye is direct all around because of this. The kitchen appliances we went to Curry but cancelled the dish washer because Wren had a good offer £100 Bosch. I understand after that Wren will price match the prices of other suppliers so worth looking at. The kitchen is cream with a laminate finish as this keeps it clean. You can have interest free if you wish .Over £3500. This is attractive . The show room in Liverpool Antree is very big and has a mobile kitchen set up. The idea is you can see your units in place. They also have a good 3D set up and they send this to you before your sign your life away. We had up-stands around the edge which again is worth having as it looks nice and keeps the kitchen neat. The top was interesting grey and textured with waves. Sounds odd but have a look and you will find it interesting . Thanks Ray & Debbie April 2019

This is my second kitchen now off wren as my first one was 5 years old and was still like new but we moved house so I went back to them and bought another. There service is second to none you can look at the kitchens and do your plan in piece as there is Lego and computer games for the kids to do while you choose you dream kitchen. I like the fact that they can come out to measure up to make sure you have no problems to fit it in.They come built as a unit you just have to fit the doors and if for some reason there is a problem they are happy to help and put it right asap with no hassle. The after care is great just ring them up and they sent me a replacement door.

This is my second Kitchen from Wren our first house kitchen was 7 years old and still looks new. Now in our new house we bought another off them it comes in boxes with the units built ready to fit just hang your doors. The staff are very helpful and go out of there way to please you down too looking after the kids while you build your kitchen plan as they have games and Lego to keep them amused. Then they come out and measure up and make sure it will fit with no bumps or hassles. Even there after sevice if you have any enquiries or missing part or slight Mark they will sent it out to you with no hassles, Such a good service both times I used them.

Remember you need to book an appointment with a "designer" if you want a proper price -that's if you know exactly what you want ? Otherwise they will need to come out to you and measure up - and design your kitchen for you ! Ok if sale is on otherwise brace yourself !!
