We ordered a Herman Miller Mirra Full Spec in Blue/Grey from Kimberly via the online chat. She was very patient and sent over a few options and was able to answer our questions really well and even gave us a better deal than the advertised price. I asked if the chair could be delivered in two days but was advised that it could take up to seven days. To our surprise the chair arrived on the third morning delivered by a polite man who carried the chair to my lift door for me. Another advantage is unlike other chairs that we have bought, the chair came fully assembled and is already in use less than 30mins since delivery! Thank you for your patience and Kimberly!

Product itself (Herman Miller Aeron) arrived fully assembled looking fantastic for a reconditioned chair. Hopefully the pictures do it justice. Working with Corporate spec has been a wonderful experience from the moment I contacted them about investing in a high quality office chair. I spend most of my days in my home office and on the computer, after spending years fiddling with office chairs from amazon and local office supply stores I decided to see what the fuss was about and inquire locally about the major high end office chair brands, specifically steelcase and herman miller. I looked for new chairs and tried several out, but the price tags for a new model were incredibly high, so I started to look for a used or refurbished model. I'm an american ex-pat living in vienna and it was a hard road. There just weren't a lot of places locally that sold these high-end used office chairs. There were a few that many across Europe seemed to believe were the only options, but I was thinking I would have to try another model from amazon. It was then that I cam across the corporate spec site. And boy am I glad I did. Working with John and Ed has been one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have had in my life. We are now proud owners of two Steelcase Leap V2s (my wife and I both liked that chair over the aeron and similar models) and we now can play games, work, and lounge in total comfort. I cannot speak highly enough about the product I received and the buying process. I informed them that I lived out of the country, I spoke with them by phone, and they immediately were able to quote me an amazing price on shipping, and make purchasing and checkout a breeze. They were able to accommodate every inquiry I had, and when I finally placed the order they actually shipped that same day. They didn't just schedule a pickup from a company. Both of my chairs were shipped exactly when they should have and one even arrived a day early. The shipping was also 25 Euros cheaper than their closest competitor. I've sat in these chairs in the steelcase showroom here in vienna, and I can say without hesitation that I think you would have a hard time telling that these models weren't fresh off of the assembly line. I've included a pic of the black on black beauty we got from them. If you've been looking for a great office chair to product your back and make sitting a joy, do yourself a favor and contact this company as soon as possible. You won't regret it. Do make sure to contact them directly as the stock profile for the website isn't always fully up to date, as I discovered when I initially tried to order an adapt 200 chair. I was contacted by Edward the following day, after he had already initiated the refund process, to advise me that unfortunately it was out of stock. He recommended the RH Logic 300 as an alternative. [I am 5'1", so furniture in general isn't really built to fit me, and this causes me pain and discomfort, so his knowledge and advice were valued and appreciated, especially in current circumstances where we can't try and test things. This chair was somewhat out of my budget, and the prospect of buying a new chair, that wouldn't be any where near as high quality or well fitting, and still fairly expensive loomed over me...] I was lucky enough to be able to get some help from family who recognised the importance of ergonomics, and who are the reason behind my insistance to "get the best thing, for the best price" - which very much seems to be corporate spec's business model. I also value the lessened impact of buying refurbished. Made the order on Thursday, and eagerly awaited a delivery date. Much to my surprise it turned up today, Saturday! Very impressive especially in current circumstances. Writing this review from my chair, which is highly adjustable as advertised, and small enough for me to actually sit in properly! Obviously I'll know more when my desk arrives and I get properly set up, but first impressions very good. Thanks very much for your help and advice, I'm so glad I was able to make it happen and it was definitely worthwhile.

Bought a refurbished Humanscale chair at a good discounted price, after reviewing a range of good options on their website. It was delivered within just a couple of days, but unfortunately I encountered a fault with the chair shortly after it arrived. I contacted the customer service number and email and they swiftly apologised and reassured me that it would be swapped within a few days. I received the new chair today and it is in great condition. The delivery tracking system and customer service was excellent. Would have given them 5 stars if the fault hadn't occurred in the first place.

Would you believe, Gargamel has recommended Corporate Spec himself, saying - ''Papa, you will not find a better place with comfortable refurbished branded office furniture''. I know, we've been always fighting but I have to admit, Gargamel was right this time. Despite the chair being a little too big for me, it is the most comfortable thing I sat on in my entire life, maybe second most comfortable after Azrael, Gargamel's cat. I've sent all my Smurfs crew to Corporate Spec place in London with buckets of flowers and chocolate to say thank you.
