I needed assistance with supplying and installing some wood and leather features in our clinic. Hylie and her fabulous team Laura and Arleta have done an amazing job ensuring all the supplies and the fitters are there on time and deliver and outstanding job. They are really professional and supportive, I would highly recomend them!

I cannot recommend Hylie and her fabulous team (Laura and Arleta) enough. I chose to use Imaggio Interiors on seeing the fantastic number of excellent reviews. Hylie came to my house for a free consultation and we discussed what I wanted. She then mocked up what the kitchen would look like on a computer 3D image (which was extremely helpful), and we went from there. I'm due to have a baby imminently, so it was important to me that all the work was completed on time. Despite Rangemaster assuring Imaggio on numerous occassions that my sink would be delivered by a certain date, (Hylie and her team make a point of following up with their suppliers on a weekly basis), there were supply issues which meant that my sink still hadn't arrived the day before the worktop was due to be fitted - and you can't fit the worktop without the sink in place! So Hylie took it upon herself to drive all the way to Bristol to fetch the last remaining model of the sink that I'd ordered. If that's not good customer service then I don't know what it! Hylie, Laura and Arleta were a real pleasure to deal with - extremely patient, courteous, and always on the end of the phone to deal with any queries I had. They were extremely efficient too - probably because they are a team of women rather than men! You can tell that they really value each and every customer, and feel extremely proud of their work. Use Imaggio, you won't regret it!

We are currently using Hylie to assist with our third kitchen refurbishment in 10 years (in different houses....!), and she has done all three. She is a pleasure to work with and will go the extra mile to ensure every detail is well executed. Hylie's showroom is modest and I assume that helps her to keep her prices reasonable. But don't let that make you think this is a modest operation ... Hylie is professional, experienced and has a great team around her, and she outclasses the local competition.

We are delighted with the new kitchen designed, supplied and installed in our home by Imaggio Interiors, the more so given that it was all done during Covid-19! Hylie and her showroom staff were helpful, friendly, imaginative, supportive, professional and very easy to work with. Just as professional and competent were the contractors Hylie uses, both the cabinetry and appliance suppliers, but also, perhaps more importantly, the kitchen fitting team working with and under Artur. Despite the pandemic meaning we all had to reschedule the installation, once we had done so, the old kitchen was removed, the new one arrived and was installed on the dates agreed, and to the standard we had hoped for. All in all we could not be more pleased with their service and the end result. It helps, too, that they were very competitively priced (and the prices they gave us for all the appliances we lower than any we could achieve ourselves on the internet!)! We thoroughly recommend Imaggio and the team there.

We highly recommend Imaggio. They helped us design and install our beautiful kitchen 10 years ago (we still love it!). They have been there for us when we've needed them after the installation (e.g. Refitting the door with a new boiler, changing the LED lights, fixing a hinge on one of the doors, reconfiguring the cabinets). We couldn't recommend Imaggio enough. We started off at Wren/B and Q but they just do universal kitchens and didn't really listen to what we wanted. We had a leaflet through the door for Imaggio and thought we would try them as a local independent company. Hylie came and visited the property and listened to everything we said we wanted and more. Her enthusiasm for her job is amazing and she came up with the greatest ideas. She went away and designed the most incredible kitchen and extra W/C for us. It blew us both away how she had designed such a small space into an efficient and spectacular kitchen. The original price was a bit over our budget but we worked together and changed a few things to make it fit to our budget. Artur and his team were also amazing and respectful. They worked quickly and professionally. They will work at weekends but always ask you first. Even when we noticed a chip in one of the door they replaced it immediately. They went above and beyond to make the kitchen perfect. They also helped with a few extra things and added things in at short notice. They both have a great eye for detail and we would highly recommend them. It's great that they deal with everything from design, plumbing, electrics etc! Everything went to plan and all of this was done during a pandemic. Thank you so much.

Imaggio Interiors designed and fitted our new kitchen in summer 2020. We were impressed from the beginning, especially as the project was a large one, involving the replacement of a window and the removal of two interior walls. Imaggio is able to cover everything from design to building work, to fitting. Hylie clearly enjoys her job and after a preliminary visit to measure we then had great fun working together on the design, fitting a number of cupboards and fixtures into quite a complex space - we were able to spend a long time in the showroom perfecting each detail, and Hylie had some inventive suggestions. The estimated price was exactly within the range predicted on the initial measuring visit, and easily adjusted down with some small alterations: overall the cost was lower than we might have expected and immensely good value compared to some larger companies. The installation was necessarily delayed by the Covid-lockdown in spring 2020, but Imaggio was frequently in contact through that period, and work began as soon as possible. Artur and his team took on a big job with the minimum of noise and fuss, were attentive to an elderly neighbour, allowed us to make small changes and additions with no extra charges, worked long but not unsocial hours, and consulted us all through. The work is immaculate: alongside the basic kitchen requirements, they covered new underfloor heating, floor and wall tiles, rewiring, redecorating, lighting, and the removal of the walls. Hylie oversaw the project from start to finish, and when both the window and a tap proved to be more expensive than the original estimate, Imaggio covered the cost, so there were no hidden price traps - especially appreciated. Hylie and her team were exceptional- start to finish. We had our kitchen, utility, bathroom, shower room and WC redesigned!!!!! Extremely happy with the service, cost, design and finish. Hylie was logical and pragmatic in both cost and the functionality, whilst including all the things we wanted. The kitchen fitters were dynamic and innovative when they came up against any issues. The customer service was superb from start to finish and we were absolutely delighted with the final product. After just a year, our Imaggio designed and installed kitchen was badly damaged in a fire. So, we had a couple of choices, to change the style of the kitchen units and to change suppliers. We did neither. We loved the original kitchen, and we’d received the kind of quality and customer service before, during and after installation that meant we weren’t tempted to go anywhere else. Hylie worked closely with us to create the kitchen(s) that worked for us, and something we would be proud to show off. She put together at least a dozen different designs before we settled on the final version, always showing patience, and always offering attention to detail and clear professional advice about what would work and what wouldn’t. It’s been more than 2 years since our ‘replacement’ kitchen went in, and it looks like it was yesterday. We can’t recommend Hylie and Imaggio highly enough.
