Kitchen Design, build and installation This is the second time we have used IDC for a kitchen design and build. Why did we go back? Well the pre-planning is super thoughtful in respect to not on visual design, but even more importantly way the kitchen functions for our family situation. And a big bonus for me v's others we had quote is that the IDC graphics of the future kitchen in the planning stage really gibe a strong perspective of the final product (see images below of the computer generated images in the planning stage and the outcome). And lastly, IDC covered everything for us from the kitchen, to stone work, splash backs, appliances, to floor tiling. One source helped pull off the vision to get us exactly what we planned for and more.

After months trying to find the right designer and supplier for my new bathroom, I finally came across IDC and have had the most positive experience with them. Saj designed my bathroom in exactly the way I wanted, and gave high quality options for all elements, that met my design requirements, but most importantly my budgets. Sajid was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I took her advice. First of all, it was very easy to communicate with him. I’ve booked an appointment and he arrived next day. Secondly, he provided us with pictures how our bathroom would look. We loved the pictures, the price was good and we went for it. Thirdly, our bathroom was exactly how we wanted. Sajid was hands on, responsive, available, charming and accommodating. I couldn’t have imagined better service.

I was so pleased and impressed with the service and quality I got from IDC, and Joel and Saj in particular. I have very exacting standards but nothing was goo much trouble and all my expectations were met. Joel is super efficient and 'on it' (a rarity in the building trade!). The kitchen looks fab and any minor issues were sorted out ASAP. You can really tell the quality when you use the kitchen. It has received so many compliments from friends and family. If you are a keen cook (or just want a good looking kitchen) I would really recommend these guys. It is the most important room in the house so it deserves a little TLC and you will not regret it. We used Saj for all our bathrooms as well. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and able to take our somewhat mismatched ideas about what we wanted as well as our somewhat tight budget and create exactly what we were after. Saj was very patient with us and went out of his way to answer all our questions and put up with us chopping and changing! There is the most insane amount of choice out there for bathrooms but Saj was able to simplify it all down and select the things which fitted our somewhat specific (and quirky) requests/requirements. I would recommend both without hesitation!

I met Saj in the Putney showroom many months ago to help us design a new en-suite and redesign of the main bathroom. If you are considering any changes to your own bathrooms I highly encourage you to reach out to Saj to discuss how he and IDC can help. We had different criteria for each room, ranging from a more basic shower room and en-suite for my daughter, to a more complex and higher end finish for the bathroom. He was able to accommodate a full range of options and prices and didn't complain about the number of iterations, though may have had good reason to do so, as we determined the best fit for our needs. This is included the challenges posed by the quality of the products and finish we wanted, with the practicalities of three young children. Saj made himself available on many occasions to meet, in person, and work with the construction team to address the issues posed by the construct of the house. They often commented about his experience and detailed knowledge of the specific build requirements, not a common trait amongst his peers, and as such would have no hesitation in recommending him on other projects they are involved in.

Joel has been great from our very first meeting until the very end of our wonderful kitchen project. We cannot recommend Joel and the team behind the scenes at IDC highly enough. Although we had a pretty good idea of how we wanted our kitchen to look and feel, Joel was able to guide us through an amazing design experience and give us new ideas that have worked a treat! Saj helped us to design two bathrooms as part of a full house refurbishment project. He did a superb job and make the process easy. He was patient with our pace and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Working with him was so easy from the beginning, he pitched really interesting design ideas without being too pushy, and produced design renderings for us as part of the service ( guys at Porcelanosa asked 300 pounds for those). He did not forced his products to us, he sent us to a tile showroom that gave us a lots of ideas. He is really passionate about his job. He did not do the installation for us (our builder did as part of the house refurbishment contract) but was keen to follow the project and spotted a couple of issues that would be a bigger issue if not corrected. Helped us to concentrate in the other house issues. His service was first class at a reasonable price. I would use his services again.

We recently purchased Warendorf kitchen, and bathrooms from Interior Design Concepts. A complete transformation from my previous kitchen/bathrooms. This looks absolutely luxurious, swanky and elegant! I wanted to go for contemporary look, and Joel who has an eye for design, did us proud. He went above and beyond with his designs. The perfect worktops and tiles that gave the perfect contrast. We were stunned and both Atif and Joel were brilliant, professional and provided a excellent service throughout the whole process. IDC have been excellent from the very start. We have purchased a Warendorf kitchen from them. We did not really know them, chanced upon them, but started working with Joel to design a kitchen for our refurbishment project. It was a challenging design due to the several bespoke elements of our kitchen. Joel was absolutely amazing at translating our vision onto paper and into reality. He was extremely patient and professional and went the extra mile to accommodate whats app chats late into the evenings and on his off days, when needed. When compared to one other kitchen company we had spoken to, we soon recognized the superior quality and professionalism IDC offered over the other large and well known supplier. We were offered a 'run of the mill' option with the other supplier who did not take time to understand our wishes...Joel spent several hours sourcing the exact products we wanted - e.g. we wanted glass shelves in our wine cooler which are not usually available and we wanted a black glass front with black handle. Joel did not give up till he found us what we wanted. IDC also gave us 3D images to help us visualize the look and also plan exact dimensions which helped us plan the build and furniture in advance. Again, compared to the other supplier, IDC's software and technology was highly superior as was their commitment in making the project their own. Every detail has been meticulously addressed - our kitchen is absolutely amazing and in large part its down to the personal dedication and commitment Joel had to the project. We love the kitchen and enjoy every moment in and around it.

I was lucky enough to be recommended to IDC by a friend and was introduced to Saj to renovate my bathroom. From the start to finish Saj has been attentive, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to come up with a lovely design, without us knowing exactly what we wanted, at competitive pricing. The CGI really helps visualise what it could be like. Then, he was able to see us through to completion every step of the way, giving constant updates on the build, finding solutions whenever there was a need and managing the job with little input required from us. His service was second to none, and I can safely say the actual finished product is just as good as the CGI he showed us when we first saw his design. I am delighted with the results. I couldn’t recommend Saj and his builders highly enough.

I needed to fully refurbish my bathroom and was recommended to use Interior Design Concepts Ltd and was extremely pleased that I did as they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the initial design to the final installation, IDC provided a superb service combined with great customer skills and were able to advise and solve some design concerns that I was faced with at the beginning of the project. Throughout the whole process I dealt with Sajid who could not have been more helpful. At all times he was super professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and despite me changing my mind on many occasions this was never a problem. IDC and in particular Sajid kept me well informed of the order progress and also in arranging all logistics. Sajid was also really helpful with suggestions not only for the new bathroom but also in recommending fantastic fitters, Kassa Da Interiors, who have done an amazing job. I never had any cause for concern dealing with IDC and am so pleased that I chose them to install my new bathroom which I am delighted with and would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

I was referred to Saj, at IDC, by a UK supplier of bathroom tapware. At a time when half the country seems to be refurbishing their home and most bathroom suppliers are overloaded and frankly don't care about the customer experience, Saj, despite working on 80+ bathrooms himself, showed impeccable professionalism. Between suggesting beautifully designed alternatives from lesser known brands, chasing supposedly reputable suppliers for deliveries, providing key technical advice, price matching to any online retailer, being more than accommodating with several last minute product returns and exchanges and generally being a pleasure to deal with, I could not recommend Saj more highly. We had excellent, very patient and responsive advice during the specification period - IDC were willing to develop many different planning scenarios to help us decide exctly what we wanted. The kitchen was then very well installed, and the after sales service from Ronak has also been excellent. In addition, we thought that Atif gave us a very fair and reasonable financial deal.
