I have to compliment this business for their excellent customer service. I phoned them to enquire about buying some new shower door rollers for a 15ish year old shower enclosure. Amazingly, they supplied exactly what I needed, within 6 days, all free of charge including postage. So refreshing in these times when great service seems to be something that many businesses either appear to have forgotten or simply don’t care about!

Our beautiful brand-new Merlyn shower had been installed by incompetent builders. It had to be taken out again by force which broke several parts. Merlyn not only had spare parts, saving us from having to re-buy the entire shower, but even sent us those parts free of charge. We are very impressed with the quality of the product and the service.

We have a 2 Door Quadrant, Series 5+ shower unit fitted some 13 years ago and several of the plastic height adjustors were getting a bit tired. I ordered some a week or so ago, duly delivered amazingly free of charge. The newer versions are chrome with a white plastic shield and I thought I'd see if I could get two more to make the set. Spoke with a guy named Lee today who had no problem with my request and yet again, like his previous colleague insisted that they would again be a free delivery. In this day and age what more could any customer wish for, not only polite and understanding service agents but insisting they would be supplied free of charge. The runners on my shower door had disintegrated (due to heavy usage and being very old). I phoned Merlyn with the intention to purchase 4 new runners. What impressed me was firstly that I didn't have to wait in order to speak to someone but also the person I spoke to was very helpful and agreed to send me the runners, without charge. Certainly not what I was expecting. The phonecall took place on a late Friday afternoon, I received the package early the following week. Absolutely first rate service, can't recommend highly enough - thank you Merlyn!

I own a large Tile and Bathroom showroom in Bristol and position Merlyn firmly in place as my key supplier for shower enclosures, particularly their Arysto collection. The products are market leading in design and quality by far, everyone else simply follows them. Added to this is the support from Adam the Rep and the team back in Ireland. The stand out person that needs a special mention is James Moore the engineer. We see James from time to time as he fits our new displays and we love having him around. However, from time to time James needs to tweak an installation or solve a problem for us. Today James visited my customer and solved the small issue with aplomb as always..... I'm left with a customer thanking me for our professional service. Thank you James!

Best customer service experience I have had with a company in a very long time. Quick, efficient and VERY obliging. I needed replacement parts for shower trays that were bought 5 years ago and am going to receive them within 3 days!

Needed spare parts for older model shower door .contacted Steve at technical support by email sending photos of parts required .immediate response with parts sent . Purchased a Bifold shower door, but just needed an extension profile as the gap was a tad bit wider. Contacted Merlyn and the customer support was great (Olivia) provided me with the extension profile i required and managed to fit the door. I have used merlyn for the past 5 years for this very reason

I recently bought a merlyn shower door from a online plumbing company. I did not check all the merchandise on receipt, when I did the shower profile was damaged and could not be fitted, the company I bought it from would not entertain a replacement and quoted they were within their rights not to replace it. I rang Merlyn Showering direct to ask if I could purchase one and was pleasantly surprised to find they would not only replace one free of charge but had it delivered within four days of my phone call. Their customer care service is impeccable.
