I found RoomLab while searching for an online Interior Designer. I really loved their concept, the packages/pricing and they also had great reviews, so I decided to give it a go. Let me say, I cannot recommend them highly enough! The entire process was easy and smooth, the RoomLab team is fantastic, very friendly, quick to respond and help out with any questions. Our designer Gita did a marvellous job. We had a kick off call with her where we talked about our style, preferences etc and the design for our living room exceeds our expectations! Communication was also always great too! Furthermore, I love the hassle free ordering process offered by RoomLab. So, if you have a redecoration project, give them a try!

I was so impressed with my RoomLab experience. Me and my family had just relocated internationally to London with only a few household items, and so we wanted to furnish our new home quickly, beautifully and within a reasonable budget. RoomLab took the few things we already owned, combined them with great finds from their preferred partners and other suppliers, and created an incredible new space that was perfect for us -- just the right amount of contemporary design with personal, unique touches. They worked on three rooms for us: Master Bedroom, Reception, and Dining Room. Our designer and the RoomLab team was responsive and agile through the entire process. With the pandemic, items were coming in and going out of stock quickly. They were always quick to find alternative options for us what were within budget an would arrive within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to outfit a space from scratch, or give new life to a room in their home.

Sarah has really listened to what we wanted and even when we didn't know what we wanted, Sarah worked it out, and created beautiful visuals for various rooms. I could not recommend this service enough, and will be doing so to everyone who is looking for an interior designer. I have had an utterly wonderful experience with RoomLab. Everyone from the co-ordinator Nathalie to the designer were an utter joy to work with, and I felt supported every step of the way, and got on very well personally with everyone on the team - what a professional and friendly bunch of people. My designer Melody designed the perfect rooms for me - they are just so gorgeous and unique! - and the way RoomLab order and deliver all the products took a great deal of stress off me - it's such a painless process. It was incredible value for money, and I am now the proud of owner of 3 new rooms courtesy of RoomLab, which match my personality perfectly. The furniture that was sourced was so original and beautiful, and I am going to enjoy every little bit of my room for years to come. I would give 10 stars if I could! x

Sarah created an amazing design for our master bedroom and it looks so beautiful- All we asked for and more. Amazing designs for a small price. I spent hours online looking for inspiration for my daughters bedroom. I knew what I wanted to achieve but I didn't know where to start. I came upon RoomLab by chance and Parvati was amazing, patient and never seems to be off work! We are having a large extension done now & I went straight to RoomLab for help. All done and dusted ready to go. I intend to use them for my entire fixer upper house!

Fantastic design company, personal touch even though it’s online. Overall a fantastic service and great value for money. We used Roomlab on their basic package to sort out our study. We went through plenty of designers initially when refurbishing our house and most were difficult to deal with, they tried to oversell and scalp large commissions. Roomlab were the complete opposite, they laid everything out, no pressure to buy everything, just pick what you like after you’ve seen the cost and they’ll sort out the delivery etc. Will definitely use again!

I had a great experience working with my designer Melody during the design process. Worth mentioning that the selected products sometimes became out of stock by the time we ordered. Melody provided alternatives for such items. Natalie was very responsive with any issues that came up with deliveries and was more than helpful. All in all my project was a success thanks to roomlab.

I really enjoyed my experience dealing with Roomlab. They charge a very reasonable fee and the designer is very professional. My designer Weronika has always been responsible to my queries. I like her design suits out style and looks very pretty. She was very patient too, as on the third design we weren’t sure about the plan, hence asked her to make changes quite a few times, she provided quite a few floor plan and visual for us to decide. We need the stuff to arrive before Christmas the office was very helpful too. Nathalie and I spoke on the phone quite a few times to sort out the product list and invoice so that she could order everything for me that day and it has gone past 5pm eventually she still ordered the stuff for me. I was informed very quickly when some items became out of stock and my designer very quickly found me an alternative which was very similar and as pretty as the original one. All in all very pleasant experience and would recommend them to my friends and would use them again in the future!

I had never had any dealings with interior designers or design companies previously and my dealings with Roomlab surpassed all my expectations. From my initial phone call when the process was explained to the final stage where I find myself now, with Roomlab having coordinated delivery of items and keeping me informed of delivery dates , I could not have asked for more. My designer, Weronika, listened carefully to my desires , presented, changed various items and then the final design! The coffee table she found was amazing as were lights, rugs, pouffes, and sofas. Genuinely just the look I was dreaming of. Prior to my contact with Roomlab I was totally overwhelmed by pinterest, magazine pictures etc etc. Having Weronika to sort it all out was probably one of the best investments I have made. She knew where to source quality items of furniture which were of good value too. I benefitted from the trade discounts the company can procure and hence the actual cost of the design is negligible and for me well worth it! Edit Delete Share
