We are extremely delighted with our newly designed kitchen- this is now our favourite room of our home. The design was well thought out and the materials used are top quality. We are also pleased with the appliances that we bought from here. There was an endless variety of colours and materials to chose from and the staff were very helpful. From our first visit to the Silke showroom, we knew this was the only place that we wanted to get our kitchen from. Sandy was very personable and helpful from the outset; he is extremely knowledgeable and we really liked the fact that Silke focus solely on Leicht, the brand we had our heart set on. We did visit a couple of other showrooms but once we quickly decided that Silke Kitchens' style and way of doing business was right for us, we started the whole design process. Sandy and Jordan were brilliant to work with - they combined our personal tastes with their own suggestions and creative ideas to eventually achieve a layout/design that we all loved. Of course, the whole process involved multiple iterations and tweaks along the way but nothing was too much trouble for Sandy and Jordan. They worked with our builders to ensure everything was perfect and were flexible on timelines, wherever possible. The level of customer service was outstanding with Jordan and/or Sandy always being available to answer questions, to field concerns and to provide regular updates. The advice on appliances was also spot on and as we hadn't previously considered Siemens appliances, we are very grateful for the recommendations that the guys provided. If you are looking for good honest people to remodel and supply your kitchen, look no further. They know what they're doing and when things don't quite go to plan, there are no feeble excuses, just a willingness to take responsibility and fix the problem. It's worth mentioning that the kitchen fitter (Richard) showed incredible workmanship and skill when fitting our kitchen and takes upmost pride in his work. My wife and I built up a really good relationship with Sandy and Jordan through the project and we really could not be happier with our new kitchen; it is perfect. Thank you!

Sandy and Laura are the friendliest and most knowledgeable Kitchen people we found, and we looked far and wide. We worked closely together, in great detail to come up with our perfect kitchen. No question was too silly and the accommodated all our needs. They were also able to offer original suggestions and design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. That’s good service. The products are very high quality, the finish is lovely and we have no complaints. Not only are they a high-end outfit, but the prices were not as high as you would think by looking at their showroom and previous products. So – great quality products, excellent service, fantastic value. Would recommend to anyone getting a new kitchen!

We would highly recommend Silke kitchen supplier in Hendon. Choosing a kitchen is not easy, but choosing your supplier could be a minefield. Once we had signed with Silke, We were impressed by their personal touch. They made regular visits to our sight, without being prompted. Installing the kitchen correctly is important, and they installed ours to a very high standard. The after service is exceptional. Definitely worth a visit to Silke if you want a premium kitchen installed properly and great after service!!

They sorted out the few small teething issues without hesitation. Had my kitchen now 6 months or so, quality is fantastic. Kitchen is not cheap but it's not astronomical either, it's more than value for money. Sandy was great, designed the kitchen well, using it everything is where you need it, was actually surprised by the practicality as we as clients placed a greater value in aesthetics. After service was fantastic. Had a few problems caused by appliances. Sandy came round personally to inspect and resolved the issue with no issues. Very happy to recommend Silke kitchens, I would use them again. *****Update******Just a further update on service. When I noticed one of the doors was chipped 6 months after deluvery, (nothing to do with silke kitchens), Sandy asked the question to Leicht to have it replaced and they obliged!

Sandy’s background in engineering and attention to detail, throughout the whole process, has ensured our kitchen looks and works beautifully. He was able to cleverly increase our storage space without compromising the design or flow of the kitchen. We were able to tweak the design until we were absolutely happy and were never met with impatience or made to feel rushed. The preparation work was thorough. After the initial measuring up Sandy took the time to meet my builder to discuss the plans and returned again during installation. Richard, who installed the kitchen is an absolute perfectionist and did an amazing job to overcome issues with our old Edwardian walls and sloping floor. He was punctual and worked long hours to ensure a swift installation. Sandy’s excellent humour has made our kitchen journey very enjoyable and we would totally recommend Silke kitchens to anyone.

I cannot fault on the design, order and delivery of the kitchen that we purchased for Silke - they came and designed the kitchen (free of charge unlike other suppliers), went through the designs and the detail order sheets before we signed and paid the deposit. Although we didn't buy or kitchen units from Silke (they hadn't opened at the time), we decided to get our worktop from here, and am very glad we did. Having chose what we wanted, and getting quotes from various places, it was soon apparent that there was only one company that actually knew anything about Dekton - and that was Silke. Seena spent a long time book matching our island, cabinet worktop and splash back, and his detail to attention is second to none. He also would call with daily updates with regards to our order in the run up to a busy Christmas, The fitters that came to install it were the best I have seen. They spent about 6-7 hours to complete it with 3 men, and the finishing is amazing. In summary, if you are going to get Dekton, go and visit Silke!
