S. N.I had been really struggling to find an 8mm tap tail for my Franke Helix Tap, which came with the kitchen. Called and got through to the lovely Amy (Amie?) who was so helpful and lovely. Even though I didn’t know what I was talking about, she sorted it all out for me in a very timely manner. I couldn’t believe it, it made my day!!! A very very happy customer and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Amy
P.On the UK Franke website I could find nearly all the information I needed, including some pictorial information that was very nicely laid out. I did have a question which was outside normal operating parameters, for this I was able to use a provided email address, in approximately 2days I had my answer to my question. All very nicely dealt with. Just brilliant. Thank you Franke UK.
