Really impressed with the prices of this company, recently purchased a bathroom and have previously had 0ur kitchen and 2 bedrooms done! Really professional service and the staff that we dealt with were very professional organised polite and hardworking, could not reccomend more. Really delighted, the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms look amazing!

Excellent service from Gordon at BB. We are over the moon with our beautiful beautiful kitchen. Gordon is knowledgeable, beyond helpful and demonstrates his commitment by doing exactly what he says he’ll do. He couldn’t be more helpful. Looked at a few kitchen companies in Newcastle before settling on BB Trade Kitchens. Unlike other companies, BB has an extensive showroom. The choosing experience was more comfortable and prices competitive. Everything arranged on time by Gordon, our designer, and the kitchen was very well fitted by Ritchie & Chris in only 4 days. Very pleased with result, so much so, that our daughter & family are now having their kitchen redesigned by BB Trade.

Recently had my kitchen fitted and Im really happy with the kitchen and with the way the fitting went. I had previously been badly messed about by another company so it was really important to me that everything went smoothly. Everything happened exactly as and when it should, there were no delays or issues and the kitchen was fitted to a very high standard. Would absolutely recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish . On entering b and b showroom we were given a warm welcome from Sarah and shown kitchen options . Keith kitchen designer who remained our designer throughout showed us low medium and high price ranges a great choice to suit every budget. I am so pleased with new kitchen and all new appliances which saved me shopping around,and thank Keith for his dedication honesty and organisation of smooth delivery, fitting and after sales. All fitters plumbers and electricians completed on time and did a thorough job,nice guys and great team work. A big thanks to fitters Ritchie and Billy who's attention to detail is best I have experienced.

9 months ago we got BB KITCHENS to fit our kitchen including oven hob dishwasher all the plastering lights electrics plumbing a great job we thought. After 9 months we are still waiting for pans we were promised as a free gift that came with the hob and now after 9 months the dishwasher has broken down. The last time that I had to deal with a small item about my oven I had to call the manufacture myself and that was in 2 months after fitting. I've got no complaints about fitting but the customer after care is rubbish they promised to come back when the work was finished to make sure we were happy with our kitchen which again they didn't. Let's see what happens about the dishwasher.

We would highly recomend this firm in particular Keith who went through our plans and did exactly what we wanted and checked the work at every stage nothing was a problem .We were given a schedule as to the work each day and this was carried out to the letter .All of the workmen electricians joiners were respectful and left my home each day clean and tidy. if you are thinking of having a new kitchen then look no further than BB Kitchens and Bathrooms

We had our kitchen done last year. Took back to brickwork. Replastered / wired / wall knocked down and kitchen fitted. Everything ran like clockwork Couldnt fault them on anything Boys who did the work all lovely Be back soon for bathroom
