From start to finish an excellent service. I contacts WT Laminates as I wanted some new worktops for a new kitchen. We discussed laminate and then solid service. I provided WT Laminates with my kitchen fitters plans and they costed and delivered as agreed, also organised for my sink and taps to be supplied as well. Also when we needed more sealant they were more than happy to help by ordering it direct from the manufacturer and getting them to send it to my home the next day to avoid delays in delivery etc....The product, service and customer service was so good, my neighbour next door has just used WT Laminates as well. We live in Bristol and they are in Newport, a slight distance but not a problem for them and worth the trip.

Great product quality and service once again. We have been buying worktops from this company for over 30 years and will continue to buy from and recommend them. This was the first time we have bought a solid surface worktop with moulded sink and from the start of the process at the showroom, through templating at home and then manufacture and final fit we are delighted. We only wanted new laminate worktops to tart our kitchen up as a full kitchen was out of our reach. However Matt took a long time helping us choose and was as attentive as if we had been spending a lot more money. He was very helpful and is such a nice guy. We had a slight issue along the way but he went out of his way to sort it for us. Would definitely recommend. Great range of products too, and lots of 4 meter choice in worktops that you don't get in a lot of other places.

Contacted WT Laminates after getting prices from other suppliers for bathroom worktop. Spoke to Matt who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Had an off cut of exactly what we were looking for. Had new kitchen worktops and integrated sink designed and fitted in corian. Great service through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful sales staff. Provided samples for extended trial in the house to compare current units and flooring. Product is excellent. Added rounded edging and lips to prevent water runoff. Company measured up and worked around other upgrades and holiday to our convenience. The tops and sink have lasted very well. No issues and very pleased. Always a friendly reception at the showroom and go out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend the company

Due to needing longer than standard worktops, WT Laminates was recommended to me by the designer I worked with when designing my new kitchen. Matt is a really nice guy who doesn't try to hard sell anything. He will give good, honest advice and help you stay within your budget. He even gave me a tour of the workshop whilst explaining the process the worktops will go through prior to being delivered to me! I cannot speak highly enough of Matt and his guys. They even, at very short notice, trimmed one of the worktops to allow a better fit to an out of square wall.
