My new Kitchen has recently been completed and I am really pleased with the quality and finish of the Kitchen units. The layout is much improved from the old kitchen due to the design work carried out by Lisi and attention to detail to maximise the available space. There were a couple of handles with scratches which were noticed by the Mas Kuchen installer during installation and these have been promptly replaced. I am very pleased with the service from Mas Kuchen and am happy to recommend them.

We were looking for a complete refurbishment of our old kitchen and after many quotes by other companies we found Mas Kuchen. Marco and Lisi helped us to design a complete new kitchen offering us plenty of advice during the various steps of the project. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and we are very happy with the outcome. The team of fitters (Kamil, Simon and Damian) arranged by Marco were great and stripped off the old kitchen and install the new one in less than a week keeping the disruptions around the house to a minimum. A big thank you to Lisi too for finding solutions on how to maximase space in our small kitchen which was our priority. Definitely highly recommended if you need a good quality kitchen.

Marco and the team at Mas Kuchen have been great. We bought our house this year with the kitchen already in place. There were a couple of door panels that were damaged so they came to replace them straight away. Without question. We then requested some further units be fitted to add extra storage. As well as dealing with the kitchen designer, Marco himself came to ensure measurements were correct and fully accurate. The fitter who installed the kitchen was extremely skilled, very precise and totally thorough. He left no mess at all and finished within a day. We’re really pleased with the result. I’d definitely recommend this business.

I have found the team to be friendly, knowledgeable and they provide a great service from start to finish. If any challenges pop up during installation they are dealt with swiftly and in a professional manor with no kitchens left incomplete. We had a brilliant experience with MAS Kuchen to fit a new kitchen in our home renovation. Jade the designer was fantastic, going through several design options with us and then making sure the final design was exactly what we needed. She did this all with patience, good humour and very efficiently. The fitting of the kitchen was great, fitting in with other building works and tradespeople with no problems. Marco made sure the final fit was of high quality with no snagging. The quality of the final product is brilliant - sleek but with traditional touches. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen - and it looks exactly like the plans that Lana drew up for us! We approached MAS Kuchen before our extension was even started. Using just the building plans, Lana put together some options for us. We worked over Zoom as it was lockdown! Having chosen the design we liked, Lana worked hard to bring it all together. The final product looks exactly like the 3 D drawings we had and we are so pleased with it. The tradesman we had fitting the kitchen (who were part of our extension build team), have all commented on what excellent quality the kitchen is and how straightforward it has been to install. We purchased a kitchen earlier this year. The design support was excellent, there was a lot of effort and thought required to fit everything in to the space available. The logistics for supply and delivery were clear and the units and appliances are of good quality. The best aspect though is the customer service which was outstanding. Mas Kuchen was in regular contact during the pre-sale period, up to delivery and post-delivery to check everything was okay. They were also always available to respond to any questions we had. We approached several Kitchen manufacturers but Mas Kutchen was the only one able to accommodate the extra bespoke element our kitchen required. Hania our designer was brilliant and was happy to tweak the design until we got exactly what we needed. Brilliant customer service from her as she would even call out of hours as she knew we would be working during the day. You always have that fear when buying a kitchen of it becoming a disaster. With MAS Kuchen you never have that worry. The quality of the units and the bespoke nature of the installation mean that is unlikely to happen. We had some minor snags with some missing parts, but our amazing MAS Kuchen fitter Mark made sure it was perfect. MAS Kuchen made our normal kitchen and utility room outstanding.

We had done a lot of research between online companies and high street we found that better kitchens gave us the best price by far. Exceptional help from Lissi and Marco who assisted us with designing. I definitely got to mention about Marco, who went spent the whole day assisting us with the Kitchen fitting during the peak Christmas period and regular follow-up to check if we are happy with the kitchen. Hi Marco. We finally got getting you a real review, after installing out new kitchen at the end of 2018. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and feel we have made a fantastic choice of using Mas Kuchen and would not hesitate to come to you again, or recommend you to friends and family. Now the flooring/skirting is completed, the kitchen seems to have come fully to life. The units look lovely, and bright, and the quartz work surface adds another touch of quality for us. The fitters were prompt and always on time, and from delivery to install worked efficiently. With COVID19 keeping us all at home, our house really does now feel like a home!

We are very pleased with our new Kitchen. It was refreshing to visit the Mas Kuchen showroom to find such quality and extensive range available, backed up by a personable and knowledgeable team in Marco and Lisi. During the design phase Marco took time to understand our wishes and choices, before bringing his experience and ideas to the design. We particularly liked the option of full height wrap around splash backs and integrated under cabinet lighting. Marco also managed to fit in a full size dishwasher (where other suppliers could not). We felt at ease in the showroom making our colour and design choices, and never felt pressured into the sale. There were a few issues that cropped up along the way, and I think with any building project that is to be expected. You can see a person's true colours in how they respond to a setback that arises when things don’t go according to plan. I am pleased to say Marco responded admirably. Marco took ownership, stuck to the task, ordered replacement parts, made good where needed and saw the project through to completion. As a result we have a fabulous quality kitchen, and could not be happier with the finished product. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of MAS Kuchen for your next Kitchen project.

We visited Mas originally before the first lockdown and spent time with Lisi planning our kitchen. We actually made a few visits as well as several phone calls to get our new kitchen design exactly the way we wanted. Lisi was extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble. She made helpful suggestions and took the time to explain everything ( acouple of times!) And to show us all the options. We would 100% recommend Mas. The kitchen has been fitted and we love it. It's exactly as we wanted & excellent quality. We the used the fitters as recommended by Mas & they were also brilliant, even popping over on Christmas Eve to finish something after a couple of other trades had finished their installations. There was no hard sell at all with this company which was extremely important to us as we planned the kitchen over about 12 months and we didn't want repeated sales calls. We plan to have this kitchen for a very long time but if we ever replaced it or moved we would go back to Mas.

Having fitted kitchens himself he had great ideas for the design and we had some different ideas which he took on and made better! We love our new Nobila kitchen from MAS Kuchen! The units and work surfaces are excellent quality. Lisi is a fabulous designer; she spent loads of time talking to us so she understood what we wanted and the design is perfect for our needs. There was no pressure to put an order in, unlike other suppliers who tell you 'this offer is only if you order by Sunday', for example. The fitter, Barry, made an excellent job of the fitting and was very personable, We felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job whilst we were out at work. We don't feel we can give 5 stars, however, as there were a couple of incorrect or damaged items which took longer than we would have liked to be replaced. Most of the kitchen (and utility room) was fitted in the first week of November last year, but the final piece of work surface was only fitted on 17th February, so the job went on a bit. (Although the kitchen was perfectly usable during that delay.) Communication could have been a little better too - for example some emails weren't answered as promptly as we would have liked. But all in all we're very happy and would recommend MAS Kuchen.

The quality is so good so we were so pleased to hear it is very good value also! No hard sell, clear design options, ultimately we went with Marco because the options were right for us. He set us up with great fitters. It has taken just 2 weeks from ripping the old kitchen out to having a new one. If you are tall, take the large cabinet options. I'm so happy I won't have to bend awkwardly over the counter when cooking. It looks fantastic and came in a smidge under my budget. Marco is easy to get in touch with to ask questions.
