Sarah studied my existing room in great detail through the videos and pictures I sent her and through a very thorough Zoom consultation. She provided two fantastic ideas for a very tricky space and put so much thought and effort into selecting each piece in the room, the placement of the piece and gave me so much brilliant advice. She then provided me with links for every item which saved me the usual hours and hours of research. Sarah goes above and beyond with helping to achieve the end result, she is very talented, highly professional and the end results speak for themselves.

We were unhappy with our open plan living space, whilst it looked modern, it lacked a homely feel and welcoming ambience. So the challenge for Sarah was to try and address that. Through an excellent consultative process via the "Design It" package Sarah really took the time to understand our requirements and came back with proposals that really reflected our discussions. We implemented all of her recommendations on furniture, colour and accessories. The result has been stunning, we are so pleased with our new space, Sarah completely fulfilled the brief and we highly recommend her services.

She understood my style and came up with some great ideas that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of to give the scheme a real wow factor. I used Sarah’s design it service to help with my living room design (from scratch). The process has been very smooth starting with a visit to my place for Sarah to be able to understand my preferences and measure up the place to know what kind of furnitures and decors would work well on my space. Sarah has been very responsive (both through whatsapp and email) and I received my first design draft after 2 weeks from the visit. She also provided a commentary on why she choose the placement of the furniture and other aspects of the design. I asked Sarah a lot of questions on very small things and she happily responded to all my questions promptly. I received 2 revisions as well for the design which is a very good value for the amount I paid for. In the end Sarah sent me tips on how to implement my design. I currently am still doing it but so far the tips have been very helpful. I also receive a trade discount for the sofa being recommended which is a huge cost saving for me (value of the discount was even more than the amount I paid to Sarah for the design service!) Thanks so much Sarah for your help, my living room gets more and more homey as I started to implement my design little by little. :)

Having been recommended Sarah by a friend who could not speak more highly of her experience, I already knew to expect brilliance. This has certainly been delivered, and more. Sarah’s detective skills are fantastic at honing client likes, dislikes and practicalities. From the start, Sarah took an interest in details of our large house renovation as well as family dynamic, as well as ideas we had, in order to come up with some colours and styles which would work well in our home. She took on board my 6 year old’s beautifully written wish list for her room and even incorporated a picture of my 4 year old (on some furniture which would be used in that room) in to one of the mood boards, which I loved. Sarah arranged our colour palette and did not mind several back and forth emails with various questions and came back quickly with well thought out replies. I’ve already asked for help with the design of one of our rooms but also some help with lighting and feel that the overwhelming task of decorating a blank canvas has been eased massively. I have already recommended Sarah to friends and will continue to do so.

I originally asked Sarah to help me design my kitchen / dining room and lounge as they were big spaces that were devoid of any personality. I didn’t know where to start. It was the best decision I made to get Sarah involved. She took the time to understand what we wanted for each room and her designs have made such a big difference. The rooms are totally family friendly, functional but most importantly so pretty! Her designs were everything I wanted and more. Seeing what a difference an expert opinion has on a room, I then got Sarah to give me advice of lighting and tiling in my kitchen and got her to design another two bedrooms. Needless to say it’s the best money I could have spent. My house has been transformed from an empty shell to a warm, inviting and stylish space that my whole family loves. Thank you Sarah.

I recently gave Sarah the task of totally restyling my bedroom. As I live in a small apartment I needed it to be a bit of a multi functional room. She certainly achieved that by making room for a comfy recliner and a little desk area. Her attention to detail was amazing and she cleverly combined colour and texture. The room is much admired by friends and family. But more importantly it gives me pleasure on a daily basis and works so well. Sarah sources quality products and her eye for colour is superb. I'd happily use her services again.

Sarah has redesigned my living room for me and I love it! The whole process was really good fun, and Sarah was very accommodating when I wanted to change bits of the design. I couldn’t decide on a seat for the bay window and she found me the perfect one! I was also really impressed with the audio commentary that accompanied the design, it made understanding it really easy. I’m so glad I got Sarah to look at it, I would have really struggled otherwise and she has made me feel much more confident and knowledgeable about approaching other rooms in my house (though I’ll probably get her to help me, ha!) I found Paper Rooms when I was looking for a solution for my lounge. I wanted a complete re-vamp but had no firm ideas of how to achieve this in reality. I wanted to get it done before Xmas and had booked decorators but had zero spare hours to trawl around the internet looking for inspiration and the shops sourcing items, so the service offered by Paper Rooms seemed like the perfect solution. Sarah instantly filled me with confidence as her designer eye took in everything about the room and after her visit I felt really inspired. The ideas she presented were spot on and with the help of her samples and shopping lists, it was incredibly easy and pleasurable to follow and implement. I loved the audio recording which talked me through the "why's" of her design and that gave me the confidence to make my own adaptations too. The end result is a room that looks better than I could have imagined which suits my family's needs perfectly and gets a WOW from every new visitor. All completed to my tight time-frame with a stress free me.
