After having a kitchen installed a few years back, I thought I would treat the wife to a new bedroom. They are as solid as the kitchens, Shaun and James did a fab job again (as they fitted my kitchen). Must recommend. Very happy.

Brilliant kitchen, fantastic kitchen fitter. The only issue I have with Accolade kitchen is they don't get in touch after wards. There's no customer feedback, they don't get in touch and ask if everything is ok see if we're happy with everything.

This is a live, real-time review of Accolade kitchens as the work progresses. It will be detailed and honest. Date of installation: Tuesday 16th November, 2017. Live Updates Thursday 2nd November, 2018 Why Accolade? Firstly, we settled on Accolade as they seemed a good all round company and their pricing was much better than some of the other local companies. The planning stage isn’t as polished as other companies; you don’t, for example, get a computer-generated plan of your kitchen. However, this isn’t vital. Experience so far? Everyone has been helpful and friendly so far. There was a slight mix up with dates on fitting. Also, it's important to note that they ONLY do the kitchen install and any additional work needs to be planned by yourself. Accolade do, however, give you the details of workmen they recommend. Anything else to note? We also made a change from the original plan. They recommended non-branded white goods, but we simply couldn’t find any review on this range of products; this could be good news as people tend to leave reviews when not happy. However, it was a risk we didn’t want to take and it was no trouble to get them to change to branded white goods. 10 Jan Update (oops been busy, install went ahead on time) Okay the taking the kitchen out went well. Although, the painter said they should have taken the tiles off the wall, which he claims normally happens. The install then went well. The fitter and his son are very nice and got the job done quickly. - However, there have been some problems. A number of the workmen they recommended to do the non-fitting jobs were very poor. The plumber made us wait for more than a month and then informed us we should get someone else. He was also twice as expensive as the company who did do the work (review to follow). The tiler was also very expensive and when asked why became very hostile (review to follow) The other work complete by third parties was satisfactory. Post install service. On the install being completed we noted that a cupboard shelf wasn't in place. We called to have them send the small bracket so we could fix this ourselves. Despite making 3 requests for this, they have still not sent it. We do appear to have a few other post install issues to resolve. So we will see what happens. To be updated....

I've just had a small fitted bedroom for my little boy. Dove grey cabinets and a chest of drawers, the bedroom look much bigger with fitted cabinets. 5 Stars.
