I'm very happy with my recent Wren kitchen. The in-store experience at Stoke was excellent, the person who came and measured up was friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm very pleased with the design. I consider my kitchen from Wren to be good value for money and their price was actually less than quoted by the competitors I shopped them against. The delivery was on time and went smoothly - however there were some damaged and missing parts. The aftersales team were able to send replacements, however frustratingly there was usually a 30 minute wait to speak to anyone on the phone and my fitters had to work around the missing and damaged parts. Now that the kitchen is built, it matches the design very accurately and is of high quality.

Order no. 36776885 WENDY KNIGHT Amazing experience from start to finish. The planner (Rob) was so experienced and patient. When I told him what I wanted from my new kitchen he advised on varies appliances etc and within 2 hours all sorted. I previously was having my kitchen with another company and the process had been dragging on for months and a total headache. I decided to look elsewhere as my builder had not received a good experience with the other company. The thought filled me with dread due to how long it had previously dragged on (and was still not finalized) BUT 2 HOURS EITH WREN AND ALL SORTED. Nothing was to much trouble for Rob and he even gave us his mobile number in case we wanted to change anything or simply needed advise on anything. Kitchen arrived on time. Excellent quality and excellent price. I am over the moon with my new kitchen. Thank you so much Wren team for making my experience fantastic and my dream kitchen.

Excellent help with choosing kitchen and any changes we wanted to make at different stages. We were pestered by the delivery team and although we had chosen a date at the outset they then told us that we couldn’t have it delivered that day and had to have it a week earlier. We paid for the kitchen a month before delivery but at 5.10 pm and 5.32 pm, the day before delivery, we were told certain items, ovens and dishwasher, would not be available until 4 weeks later. This means we will have to pay the installer extra to come back again. The delivery men were great and helped stack items so that we had room to move. Trying to get through on the telephone to the delivery team is impossible. The ovens were delivered before the installation of the kitchen and we have been offered a different dishwasher which is better than the one we originally chose, just wish we hadn’t had the disappointment or had been better prepared.

I had good experience with Dan at the Stoke branch, was great to be able to see the kitchen with the VR headset! There were a couple of things in the delivery that were undelivered or damaged but after a 30minute wait on the phone I managed to get through and get all my issues resolved without any other issues. Overall good experience. James at the Stoke branch was very friendly and helpful. Wren were cheaper than magnet for the same thing. Be aware that they are just like Domino's Pizza in that you never pay full price and whatever the offers; it's normally about half of the "original price".

Had new kitchen in January 2020. Good experience with Wren from working with designer at Hanley Branch to delivery and customer service. All items delivered as per order and my fitters who handle lots of different suppliers of kitchens were very complimentary about build quality. Couple of minor blemishes on two items, these were dealt with and replaced by a very efficient and understanding CS team. Single call to resolve. Few month on from installation and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

A perfect installation After a couple of visits to Stoke showroom, my wife and I decided on a layout sorted by a very helpful salesman - James. The kitchen was delivered on time and a few days later our fitter got to work putting the kitchen together. Four and a half days later it was completed with only one or two minor glitches. A few images sent off to the Wren salesman came back with a comment about how well the kitchen had been fitted! We had some concerns about the colour of units chosen - Matt navy blue base and glossy white wall units. They look perfect in our 160 year old cottage. The buying experience from beginning to end has been nothing but perfect in every respect - so much so that Wren will be recommended to anyone who asks our opinion about this very professional company. We have just got 2 kitchens from Wren which my husband fitted himself. The design team were really helpful every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how many changes were made. The kitchens were delivered on time and any missing bits were highlighted and followed swiftly. There was the odd blemish here and there but we photographed and catalogued them all to send to Wren as a ‘joblot’ to rectify. Usually Wren give you 4 weeks to do this but due to the size and complexity of our order they agreed to the timescale being open ended to give us time to go through everything carefully. Jessica at Wren in Stoke on Trent has been absolutely amazing and responded swiftly to any question or query we may have had. The whole experience has been pleasurable from start to finish and we are thrilled with our new kitchens.

Great attentive service. Staff are patient and take time to understand the customer's requirements. The showroom gives plenty of examples on how a kitchen could look, coupled with material swatches and virtual kitchen mock ups. All in all, a satisfying, non pressured sales experience.

I would like to share what a great experience I had with purchasing my Wren kitchen. On our first visit to the store we had a general look around then a lady gave us an idea of how much our kitchen should cost and booked us for another appointment with a kitchen designer. On the second visit we found the designer very knowledgeable and super efficient and did a great job of designing our kitchen making the most of the space we have. On the day of delivery they were very professional and quick. When we had the kitchen fitted our fitter noticed that there were two doors which had imperfections on so I rang the customer service number and two brand new doors arrived 48 hours later. Good quality kitchen and great customer service!

Further to my earlier review. We have now lived with a completed kitchen for around 6 weeks. So far so good! Everything is working as it should. There have been no issues with any of the appliances fitted - 6 in total. The quality of the kitchen is holding up and there are no faults to report. Everything is as tight as it was on the week of installation. There are no issues with workmanship to report either. We remain 100% satisfied with the quality of the kitchen and the price we paid for it. All in all we feel that buying from Wren was the right decision for us. Based on our experiences we would still recommend Wren 100% and it retains the deserved 5 star review we gave previously.

I have just completed installation of my own Wren kitchen. I am a stoke on trent based builder who has fitted kitchens from a wide range of suppliers. From an installers point Wrens kitchens are easy to fit and with them being pre built with doors on makes life so much easier. The units come numbered with a corresponding plan which again saves time and money. The plans are very detailed and very easy to follow. The quality of the units are very good which are well packaged and again are all numbered so you know actually whats what. From a customers point of view, the experience of purchasing our kitchen has been very good. Dan from the Hanley branch stoke on trent has been brilliant. With attention to detail at every point. Dan really shows his passion and is completely honest. Im not someone who is easily impressed, Dan is very knowledgeable with the appliances regarding spec and features and knows symmetry. The process of delivering the kitchen has also been outstanding! With emails and texts with dates, times etc even the chaps who bought the kitchen in to my property. The whole experience has been stress free and enjoyable. Massive thank you to Dan and the Hanley branch. As some one who aims to offer the best customer experience myself as a builder, I know I can trust Wren to deal with my own customers with the knowledge that they are in good hands. I would definitely recommend a Wren kitchen.

We have recently had a kitchen from Wren's at Tamworth. We have been very pleased with the whole experience. Andrew helped us design the kitchen, he was very patient, informative and efficient. pricewise we found them below competitors and they had a good choice of units etc. Delivery was efficient also and the driver liaised with our fitter which was a bonus. This is the third time I have used Wren. I have had a kitchen and a large utility room installed by Wren in the past and after having such a positive experience I didn't hesitate to call them again when I wanted a small breakfast bar added to my kitchen. I had originally wanted a small table but after not finding any that i like that matched my kitchen I decided to have a breakfast bar made from the same surface as the worktop units. I made a phone call to the same designer that I used in the past. Within a week the items were ordered and had arrived. All was done over the phone. I had measured the area myself bu the designer checked all my figures which assured me. I liked that she also made sure that there was enough door clearing space etc. Now the breakfast bar is fitted it looks like it was always there and really completes the kitchen. Very pleased indeed - again- with the service and quality from Wren. A + (Order No 33995223)

There’s so many options & combinations of kitchen that it can be hard to chose however the staff were friendly & patient. There was no hard sell like you get at other kitchen retailers. The customer support while waiting for delivery was helpful. I’ve had lots of compliments & am really pleased with the final look & quality of my new kitchen - I had a local fitter, not Wren. I’ve scored 4 stars as I was sold two end panels costing £150 which I didn’t need but couldn’t return. My tip to anyone buying is triple check the plans & if you don’t think you need something insist they’re removed when you first place the order.

Our sales rep,Kevin, couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. He was very thorough in ensuring that we were making the right choices of units, worktops and appliances. There was never any feeling of being rushed. The units and worktops are excellent quality even the very long deep pan drawers which we were a bit concerned about regarding whether they would be robust enough. The only issue we had was with the delivery where 2 drawer fronts were missing and it took three attempts to get the correct ones.

After considerable frustrations of trying to obtain a quote from 2 of the top kitchen suppliers I decided to call into the local Wren showroom. My first impression after seeing the high quality kitchens on show was that these would be totally out of my price range (even with the 50% discount). How wrong was I. The price was significantly less than my previous quotes including their offers. The design process was very thorough, including the home visit. I changed my mind on the style several times, but this was no trouble. My kitchen arrived on time ready assembled which made life so much more easier and quicker for my local kitchen fitter to fit. He was also very complimentary regarding the kitchen as a whole. My final comment is excellent work Wren and thank you so much for my nee contemporary stylish new kitchen, I love it.

A very good first visit with Chris. Not always able to do exactly what we wanted, but Chris came up with better ideas anyway. We hadn't expected to order immediately however the "too good to miss, the chairman is here today special offer" sealed it for us although we did feel pressure. Not cheap, the price comparisons only apply to the entry level kitchens. However the quote was satisfactory. Small tweaks made at the second visit. Kitchen arrived as planned. Every box had our details plastered on all sides! So much packaging!! 3 doors with slight damage were replaced without argument. Worktop process with Rotherhams worked very well for us. Kitchen installed by our own fitter. Would recommend a Wren kitchen, but can offer no opinion on their fitting service.

Loving my new kitchen. Thank you so much Wren for providing me with a top quality kitchen at a reasonable price. It actually worked out cheaper than what i could get at discount kitchen suppliers like Wickes and Homebase and is of a much better quality. I would say that the staff at the hanley store are very friendly and are able to work within your budget, and my kitchen arrived within a short space of time. No items were missing, and my builder was able to get cracking straight away. All in it took about 3 days for the fitter to fit it, and that was with having to build the units from scratch as i had a "take-away" kitchen. THANK YOU WREN :0)

I explained to Andy that she had memory problems and needed extra time to process information. He was fabulous he didnt throw lots of information at her took his time and gave her the time she needed to make a decision. By the time she had chosen her kitchen she was so excited. I was dubious at first about using Wren as I felt they would be expensive, and yes maybe I could have got the kitchen slightly cheaper but the experience was pretty seamless which in my eyes makes up for the slightly higher cost. Everything happened exactly as they said it would and they were always available to answer questions when needed. I would recommend using Wren and would use them again myself if needed.

Quality is very good, installation was good, lots of extra parts (purchased but not needed ) left onsite, 3 woodcare packs as an example, many extra panels, design was not correct to drawings, designer was very poor and whole exercise was exhausting, store manager very helpful, be aware I spent and was happy to spend £17,000 and would of spent more if the specifications of the kitchen I wanted could actually be purchased, the kitchens on the left hand of the store with nice oak inset drawers and more luxurious finishes could not be purchased so should not be displayed, in general I would recommend a wren kitchen for quality but avoid Chris as your designer in the Stoke store,
