I can’t recommend ironbridge interiors enough. From start to finish there service was impeccable. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Thank you to Louise who designed our bathroom from start to finish giving us advice and ideas on how to make the most of the space we had and coming up with different options and designs. Our bathroom was nothing but a shell of bare brick and old fashioned furnishings but now it’s classy and Taylor made for us. The quality and finish is absolutely 5*and has exceeded my expectations! Ray who fitted our bathroom was fantastic!!! He was reliable, clean and tidy I didn’t even no he was there! The attention to detail was on point and again nothing was to much trouble! He insured I was 100% happy with every detail. Thank you again our new shower is heaven!

We have used Ironbridge Interiors on various projects at out our home and they have been second to none with their knowledge and advice to make the final finish perfect. Any glitches or issues have been resolved without quibble as they truly put the customer first. The fact they manufacture here in the Midlands/Shrops is a big bonus. Thoroughly recommend for Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom revamp/refits. Also their media units are fab too. The fitters are absolutely spot on too, polite, neat and courteous. Recommended A1

We used the new branch in Newport and had our downstairs cloakroom revamped. What excellent service we received not only from Jason in the showroom but Tom who was the fitter. Fantastic and friendly service from all, from the sales and design team to the fitting team! Great quality media unit and bespoke wardrobes fitted to the highest standard. Our experience can only be described as amazing! From start to finish Ironbridge provided the best customer experience, design expertise, a high quality product and after sales support. I chose to use my extension builder to fit my kitchen. A big mistake. After several attempts, they couldn’t achieve they fit/precision I expected from a bespoke kitchen. One (embarrassing) phone call to Ironbridge and they were there to put everything right. Superb customer service!...and a perfectly fitted kitchen. My recommendation is to go and see what they have to offer and definitely to use their professional, skilful fitters.

Superb experience having three bathrooms fitted by the very skilled and hard working Ray. Clean , tidy and very quick, with excellent standards of quality. All units were bespike, and made to measure in Ironbridge Interiors workshop. As with all large jobs there were a couple of hiccups which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. We had a kitchen fitted 3 years ago, first class advice and fitting service. No problems with any part until a tap started dripping. I contacted Ironbridge interiors for advice, they insisted on visiting the same day and fitting a new washer free of charge. Now that is what I call service. Many thanks, it was much appreciated.

We have recently purchased and had installed a new kitchen complete with Neff appliances from Ironbridge Interiors. The service levels we have received through the whole process have been excellent. The quality of product we received for the budget we had exceeded our expectation. Installer team were first class, we did have a couple of challenges and there were a number of small mistakes made however we jointly wrote up a snagging list and every point was completed when they said it would be done.

Dream bathrooms that will stand the test of time. Always willing to support customers and listen to their requirements. Although Ironbridge Interiors came recommended to me I'm sorry to say I can't do the same. Customer service is almost non existent...no follow up or inspection after completion and no paperwork for guarantees! The actual finished result reveals a pleasant looking working kitchen but the fitting days did not run smoothly having to wait for unit doors etc. The kitchen floor was also slightly damaged in the process. Having recently requested an inspection from the company to look at some flaws my request was totally ignored and I wasted a whole afternoon waiting in. Would not use this company again.
