Had a lovely time at beaverbrooks today had some questions about men's rings and sizes and Laura was a fantastic help not only did she pick my size first try the ring she also picked for me to try was absolutely beautiful and I plan to come back and get it.

Excellent customer service as always. Staff tried to accommodate our requirements but did not have the correct item to suit our needs. Top tip for anyone buying an engagement ring here - do they have a wedding ring to match, they did not in our case. However the staff provided an excellent recommendation which we used to make a purchase.

Love this place. Good mix of low cost or high end items and I think they even have finance options if needed. They have a Swarovski franchise at the back which is very bright and shiny and a really well designed front window area for viewing everything they've got. Gorgeous shop. Staff are very helpful and extremely pleasant. They'll even offer you a cuppa while they serve you! The beautiful free gift packaging goes yet another step further than your average jewellery shop. Beaverbrooks has become my goto place for getting back in the good books!

We came here to see what was available as an engagement ring, with practically no idea of what to go for. Emma took her time and guided us through multiple rings over the course of an hour or so. My Fiancée was nervous at first but Emma's patience put her at ease and her suggestions were priceless. I spoke with her beforehand regarding budget and it was never brought up again throughout the selection process. She informed us of the cut, clarity and brilliance of what was selected and gave comparisons to settle our mind. Following the selection we took some time to mull things over and tried other stores but this was BY FAR the best experience and quality of product we were offered in Belfast. I would like to thank both Emma and Karen for their patience and guidance, and discretion when it came to budget and payment. We can't wait to come back for the wedding band, thank you so much!
