greeted by a very friendly, warm & pleasant member of staff, she sensed my interest in a particular pair of heels & we chatted, although I was in a hurry & had to leave without making a purchase. I returned later in the day & the same member of staff recognised me straight away (which was lovely ) her name is Roslind, she was able to order the heels for me on line, which is fabulous 😊 Thank you very much Roslind 😊
