Recently bought a Mens Palladium Wedding band here. Sean gave me a quote in the shop and after looking online and in one or two other shops nowhere else was close on price. When the ring arrived the quality was excellent. Sean also insured that the ring arrived within 2 weeks, and actually ordered a slightly heavier ring for the same price as it could be delivered more promptly at no additional cost (even after I had told him I did not mind paying a little extra as I knew his margins were quite fine). Overall excellent service, quality and price. Would go back again

This was the best experience of online purchasing I have ever had. I ordered on Sunday evening, and had a gift delivered on Monday morning before 10.00am. Delightful little store. Great range. Was looking for birthday present for my son but really had no idea what. Staff were most helpful in offering suggestions. The necklace I went for had to be ordered in and arrived in store two days later exactly as they stated. Promptly received a telephone call to inform me and again received great service when I went to collect. Really nice wee team there. Definately would go back.

Bought my wife a white gold and diamond bracelet there and she loved it. It was a little too big so took it back. They adjusted it and turned the extra link into a pendant free of charge. Excellent service
