Murray & Co is a very special place for our family where my nanny, mum and now myself all got our special pieces of jewellery from. My now husband went to Murray & Co to look for an engagement ring knowing how special the shop was to my family. He couldn’t wish for anymore in the help and service he received and he left with the most beautiful ring! We then went back to purchase our wedding rings and again the customer service, friendliness and choice available was just incredible. Knowing I’ve continued the tradition through our family of Murray & Co jewellery is really sentimental and brings even more meaning to already special pieces. I would 100% recommend Murray & Co to anyone as it just doesn’t compare to anywhere else and my family generations continually returning just proves this further! Thank you all again so much.

Brilliant experience every time I visited, firstly to try on rings with my fiancée and then when I returned to purchase the ring. Jo instantly made us feel welcome and took a real interest in us and what we liked to help us find the best ring. My Fiance and I went into Murray & Co. together to choose an engagement together after we got engaged. We were warmly greeted by both Margaret and Kieran. They brought us into a room behind the shop floor where they discussed with us what styles we may like, and budgets that we wanted to work within. I wasn't sure what I really wanted and Margaret was so helpful in showing me different diamonds to gem stones in different styles such as ovals, solitaire, three stone rings etc and helped us pick the best diamond that suited my hand and we fell in love with the ring that they specially made for me. Their service was exemplary and they were so generous with their time to us when we were deciding on the right ring for us. We feel that we have gotten the best ring and we are looking forward to returning in the near future to pick out our wedding bands with them.

Pefection in Every Way! Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the shop; not having a clue where/how to start, through the journey of picking the correct Engagement Ring and then to the after care. This Ring was ordered over phone from Sunderland and the staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful - not only were they providing pictures and videos of the ring, They we're on hand with advice, guidance and support (and also answered the 100 questions I put to them!) The actual Ring is breathtaking, the most beautiful piece I've ever seen. The illuminated ring box was such a special touch and really sets the ring off. What can I say? Christina in Murray and Co was outstanding when me and my partner where picking our rings. One ring is daunting enough never mind having two indecisive females to pick two. Name: Edward Hill Date of Purchase: 21-May-2022 I'd like to preface this review by saying that I have recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. As a result, I have been unable to go out into public places very much, except to the hospital and back home. My trip to Murray & Co. was my first non-medical outing in a very long time, and I was understandably quite nervous about travelling to Belfast and spending a long time choosing a beautiful ring for my even more beautiful fiancée. When I arrived at Murray & Co. I was greeted by Margaret, who after a brief chat about what I was looking for, invited me to her office to talk more about my needs. She was very hospitable and made me feel completely at ease. She also explained about the different varieties of diamonds, so that even I - a complete jewellery novice - could make a more informed decision. Margaret showed me a selection of rings based on the information I gave her, and I immediately saw it. The perfect ring! I was very excited, but it was a big purchase, so I asked Margaret if I could get some lunch and think about it. She was so friendly and not pushy in the slightest. Halfway through my lunch I had made my decision. I stepped outside to call Margaret. I was buying the ring. As I mentioned previously, I am not able to be out of my home for much longer than a few hours at a time, so engagement ring shopping was a very daunting task. However, owing to the professionalism, product knowledge and exceptional customer service of Margaret, I was able to find the ring of my fiancée's dreams in under 3 hours. I will be taking my fiancée in to get her ring sized in a few days (she said yes, by the way! :D). I will absolutely be returning to Murray & Co. for all future jewellery needs! P.S. I read a review on here about someone saying that Murray & Co. staff tried to give them the 'hard sell'. I have worked in Sales for a number of years, and I know the hard sell when I see it. Based on my experience, Murray & Co. are absolutely not in the business of pressuring any of their customers into buying something that isn't right for them.

I first came across Murray & Co. a few years ago when looking for a present for my mum for her wedding anniversary. I had been around a few of the jewellers in Belfast but it didn't take me long to decide on purchasing in Murray's after visiting. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was a bother to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. I was very privileged when 2 of my friends' (now) husbands asked me to help them pick engagement rings out. Both times we visited one shop only - Murray's of course! I must have talked about my experiences there enough because my own husband knew exactly where to go when buying an eternity ring for me.

The easiest 5 stars I've ever left! I called in on an exceptionally busy Saturday afternoon to enquire about an engagement ring I had seen on the Murray & Co. website. Despite the high number of customers the staff could not have been more tentative, offering customers drink and seats etc... I was served by Colleen who had a wealth of knowledge and was more than helpful at all times throughout my time in the store. I was advised on all sorts of details from ring sizing right through to adding the ring to my home insurance. It was also nice to bump into an old school friend Martin who gave me some proposal tips! I had saw a picture of a delicate eternity ring on the insta page and mentioned it to my husband. Later in the year , on our engagement anniversary, my husband gave my a beautiful Murray & Co. gift bag with a ring box containing the delicate eternity sapphire and diamond ring . Unfortunately my husband had requested the wrong sizing (i) . He was so disappointed as the lady in Murray & Co. had asked him if he was sure of this small size . Anyway , a quick call and trip to the shop ensured the ring was re-sized and back on my finger within a few days . An extra small charge for an excellent service. 👌 Highly recommend. After doing some extensive research on where to buy or initially just look at engagement rings I finally choose Murray & Co Belfast! I knew it was the correct choice as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted instantly by a member of staff who asked what I was in for, once I explained I was here to look at rings he offered me a coffee and explained a diamond expert would be with shortly. After a few minutes browsing I was escorted into the Diamond room where Margaret ( Diamond expert) came in to join me. Margaret was so knowledgeable, after I explained what I had in mind she then brought in the rings for me to view and explained in great detail everything I needed to know. I have to say Margaret made the buying experience a pleasure and we had a good laugh whilst do so. The ring is amazing and I could not of got it anywhere else, it was exactly what I had in mind. I did get the ring size wrong by a half size but the day after I proposed I returned to Murray & Co with my fiancée and Margaret (Diamond Expert) greeted me and had the minor issue rectified within a few hours by the in-house jeweller. Excellent level of customer service. They were able to match a silver bracelet with a silver necklace bought many years ago. Nothing was a problem at all. They were able to get it engraved & also cleaned up the necklace. It made a fantastic part of gifts for my better half's birthday. Hard to know where to start when describing our visit to Murray & Co as it was one of the most incredible experiences we have ever had. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice when giving a score! Myself and my Fiancé went in the day after getting engaged so that she could choose her ring. Not really knowing what kind of ring to look for or where to start, everyone was so kind, polite, and patient with us. All the staff were so welcoming and had so much time for us, we never felt rushed. Murray & Co went the extra mile in every possible way to make sure we were comfortable & satisfied with the product that we were purchasing, the knowledge and quality of products they have with regards to their craft is second to none and I would highly recommend them to anyone. What can I say about this company . Really I don’t even know how to put it into words how I was made feel in here by jo ! What a woman she was so incredibly kind and patient and really just made the whole experience of picking our engagement ring so special . I cannot recommend this company highly enough . I had a really bad experience in another well known jewellers that day I was told I was pernickety in this other store and made feel so deflated all I hoped for in a ring was a gold band with an oval diamond which I did not see as fussy in anyway but the store didn’t have any in stock so she just wanted me to buy something else for the sake of a sale . Walking into Murray and co was a completely different feeling I walked out feeling like I was on cloud 9 . Even got to meet the man who made my ring on picking it up that evening and he was a gentleman. All in all a really beautiful experience.

My wife and i bought our wedding bands here... the staff are all really friendly and really helpful... We had this place recommended by a family member as they also received great service and we where having trouble finding what we wanted for a reasonable price... we gave the same spec of rings as we were giving the other shops and Murray and Co were coming in close to half the cost as what the others quoted. Also unlike the other jewellers they never put any pressure on us to buy anything but did make us aware that the price can change as the price of gold changes. Their after sales is great also. we placed the order early in the year and received the rings late august. we had to have one of the rings resized a few months after and they did not problem and with no charge. definitely would recommend
