Thank you Crystalink from the bottom of our hearts for creating a dream engagement ring which is truly a stunner! Having been recommended Crystalink by family who used them over 10 years ago now, we travelled from home in Nottingham to visit them in Birmingham, only expecting to have a look and get some ideas.. However as soon as we walked in and experienced the service offered by Debbie and Chris, we knew we were in good hands. They both went above and beyond to educate us on the 4 C’s of Diamonds, and helped us to spec our a ring that fitted our budget. There was never a feeling that we were being pushed to spend more, by having a bigger or better quality diamond (which can increase the price considerably depending on how much up the scale you go). We were given honest advice about what would suit my fiancés finger, and we were so happy and comfortable that we made the purchase there and then! The ring itself is handmade by the owner, Chris, and we have to say the workmanship is exquisite! For the same level of quality and high standard you would pay a lot lot more on the high street! Please give this place a try, and I promise you won’t regret it!

Really nice selection of unique rings. Amazing customer care. I've been in a couple of times and they've cleaned and reset the ring where it had a knock all done free of charge. Family business and you can trust them. Would definitely recommend!

I can highly recommend Crystalink to anyone thinking about purchasing an engagement ring during lockdown virtually. It all started with an email to Chris explaining roughly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, Chris shared some details and set up a virtual appointment using Zoom. It was fantastic to have a 1-2-1 (45 minute) session where Chris took me through all there was to know and understand about diamonds and engagement rings. He explained the 4 C’s and what these meant, explaining how they translate to the naked eye and impact on the cost/ value of the ring. Chris had selected 3 rings based on the detail in my email and they were all suburb choices. It was an easy decision to make as Chris had got it completely right in the very first ring he showed me, understanding exactly what I was looking for he selected the most beautiful ring that was better than I could have imagined. Chris was very reassuring about the process, clear in the next steps and gave me time to make a decision that was best for me. I decided to purchase the ring, payment was taken over the phone, the item (including ring, box, bag, valuation certificate, insurance details, guarantee) was all boxed up and securely packaged in non-branding packaging and sent via Royal Mail, recorded special delivery with insurance. It was sent as promised and arrive the very next day, exactly as expected and explain by Chris. It was perfect and a seamless transaction. I can’t wait to bring my Fiancé to meet Chris and his wife when lockdown restrictions lift, especially as Chris provides a lifetime cleaning service. The lockdown proposal (Saturday 6th Feb 2021) was a huge success, she said yes! The most important part was supported greatly by this fantastic business and I’m very thankful for all their help!

What an amazing service! I first came across Crystalink when looking for an exceptional bespoke jewellery manufacturer and had hoped to visit them in Birmingham to design the engagement ring I wanted. However, due to COVID-19 we had to do it remotely, and the service was second to none. Chris was great and gave me absolute confidence that I'd picked the right man for the job. I was able to choose my stones and go through styles and shapes. The ring is exceptional! My fiancee is over the moon with her ring and her lockdown proposal! Wonderful Service We got engaged over Christmas and went to pick an engagement ring for me. We visited Crystalink by chance, but were blown away by the service and the rings we were shown. It was not hard to pick what I wanted. Great care was taken in explaining the stones in the ring, the clarity etc and how to look after the ring generally. I got a ring I had not expected, at a very competitive price. I am over the moon and cannot recommend this jeweller enough.

One of the most friendly and helpful businesses I have ever dealt with. Even when faced with COVID restrictions, they are very attentive and replied very quickly to email enquiries and always answered the phone. Throughout the process staff were polite, friendly and informative. The item I purchased was an engagement ring, it is truly a beautiful piece and the quality is unquestionable. You can tell by the atmosphere in the shop and the attitude of the staff that this is a family run business and they pride themselves on doing everything they can to help. 10/10 would recommend! Went in with my fiancée to pick an engagement ring and Debbie had so much patience and educated us both on numerous types of engagement rings with no pressure to buy at all. My partner ended up picking something completely different to what she expected with the help of Debbie, who was amazing! I had the pleasure of ordering an engagement ring at Crystalink. I guess I was entering the unknown, having to put my trust in someone for something so special. The entire process from start to finish was more than I could of wished for. Help, support and even advising on an alternative to the one i chose. It was better, yet cheaper. How many firms would offer you that? I cant stress how amazing they are. I look forward to going back to order wedding rings..... well, that is if she says yes..... just one small matter left to do.
