The best service i came across D D jewellers on TikTok i seen a beautiful bracelet i got in touch and spoke to Rishi he was Amzing with great customer service.i made a card payment for my purchase i received my item the next day he sent it out special delivery. I definitely would recommend am all about great customer service.

I visited DD Jewellers on the 10th February 2022. The customer service was exceptional! I wanted to buy a gold set for my daughter who is getting married in a few months. I was served by a young gentleman called Rishi, who was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had, giving me confidence in DD Jewellers and purchasing from this shop. Rishi showed me a variety of gold sets, it was so hard to choose, so i ended up buying two because they were just so stunning and I was made to feel so comfortable! I did not feel like I was just being sold something, I felt at ease throughout the entire process, no pressure which was great. I noticed every customer is made to feel special, its Iike a VIP service! I've been to many Jewellers before and have felt very pressured in to buying something, but not at DD Jewellers. I highly recommend this Jewellers, they cater for every need and want. Even if you have a design in mind, they can make it for you, it's just fantastic! I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you to Rishi and the rest of the team at DD Jewellers!

I approached DD Jewellers when I wanted to make a special order diamond ring for my wife. From a design that I saw online mixed with some of my own ideas they basically designed the whole ring for me from scratch! It was super impressive that they showed me professional CAD Designs to show me the outlook of how the ring would end up looking like, I was also allowed to make tweaks along the way. They even went into detail with measurements, carat weights and options for what metal I wanted (I opted for platinum band). In the end my Eternal Bauggete Diamond ring turned out to be absolutely STUNNING and flawless! The craftsmenship was seriously top quality and even better knowing it was made in the UK to high standard. More importantly my wife absolutely loved it!!!! She shows it off all the time now. Best Anniversary gift ever! Couldn't be more pleased so thanks so much guys! You Rock!!! Definitely be coming back soon to create my next piece of jewellery ;)

Excellent place to shop. I had been to a few shops to get quotes and to look at the jewellery designs. I went to DD Jewellers and was given a good price and they had a fantastic range of stock. They were extremely respectful. I was not pressured into buying gold and they gave me the knowledge to help me make a decision. I came back a few days later just before lockdown and bought my jewellery from them. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. They have been around for generations and wish I went to them sooner.

I’ve been coming here for years, by far the best jewellery in the uk at great prices. Quality: 5. Lovely pendants, rings, earrings and bangles. They have their own workshops to make sure the quality of their work is always high. The larger jewellery store chains could learn a thing or two! Service: 5. There’s always one or two people ready to help me. Even if they think there’s something I need but it’s not in display they will check in the back for me and even offer to order if something isn’t in stock. It’s nice to have staff go the extra mile. Value for money: 5. I would recommend spending the extra cash to have something which sparkles and lasts years. I’ve gone up and down Birmingham, the West Midlands and don’t even mention central London. At other places you either pay an extortionate amount for this quality or sacrifice on looks. I’ll say it again, easily the best jewellery store in the uk, just go for yourself and find out!

Always used dd jewellers service have always had excellent prices are better than other places. checked item of jewellery in this place first then visited several others dd’s price was the cheapest the item was of same weight. I felt that other jewellers were robbing us. So I always go here there designs were different to other shops as I found the other shops jewellery designs were all same. Like in a clothes shop. The staff are honest. This is the reason for my rating too.
