Joe and the entire team at Element Bespoke Jewellery really went above and beyond for me. I recently returned home to Canada after a short trip to Birmingham, I previously had checked out Elements website and knew I wanted to conduct my wedding ring purchase with them, over other shops in the jewelry quarter. I only had about a week left of my trip, so Joe went above and beyond to rush my custom wedding ring order and make sure it was to my full satisfaction - and ofcourse it was! Thank you for the lovely platinum mens wedding band with set diamonds, and my future wife's white gold diamond set band, we both cannot wait until the day we get to wear them! 10/10 would recommend this business - customer satisfaction and quality jewelry is there top priority! - Alexander and Chloe.

We bought our wedding rings (and my engagement ring) from here and couldn't recommend here enough! It is a lovely shop, with very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff and it's great to see the workshop too. You came recommended yet also stood out from the vast amount of neighbouring jewellers in the area. It felt like a very tailored and thoughtful experience, and we have re-visited for re-sizing and polishing already! The rings are high quality, well made and we are very pleased with them - thank you!

I had a pair of my favourite earrings gold plated. These are sentimental to me as they were bought for me 25 years ago by my great aunt Decima, whom I was very close to. They were only cheap ones from the market but I couldn't bear to part with them. As I have now lost Deci they will always be a beautiful reminder of her when I wear them. They made both rings for my wife, both absolutely stunning and bespoke. The engagement ring was a bit unusual in that I requested Moissanite (Forever One) rather than diamond, however they were more than happy to make it for me even though they had little prior experience with that stone. The result looks perfect compared to my expectations with the stones very well set to show off their considerable shine. Many people that see it comment that it is the most beautiful ring they have seen, and my wife also adores it. Good value too. The wedding ring was designed specifically to match the contours of the engagement ring, and was made with fantastic craftsmanship. My only regret in the entire ring making process is that I didn't get mine made here as well!

I recently commissioned a rather intricate, art-deco style emerald and diamond ring from Element Bespoke Jewellery. From start to finish, the whole process was a pleasure. Their customer service was second to none; communication was excellent with efficient responses provided each time I emailed/Whatsapped. They kept me informed during each stage of the process so I was able to review the design and request any changes. The final product is beautiful and of excellent quality; I am delighted with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Love this place.. We had my engagement ring made here, our 2 wedding rings and just bought a diamond tennis bracelet. Hello! I First visited Element at a most worrying time during Covid, I arrived and the sales team put me at ease wearing masks and there were hand sanitizers to hand which made the experience more relaxed. I wanted a ring designed and I had a vision. The sales girl spoke to Greg who then came out to speak to me first hand, which I was impressed with... Speaking to the very man that was going to create my vision . He drew a plan and hit the nail on the head it looked amazing, he drew the Centre stone princess 1.25 diamond with diamonds flowing down the shoulders . I also gave him the task to match it with a ring I received as a gift from my husband for our anniversary this ring was also a diamonds chased into a half eternity ring. Greg then spoke to me about the process and said first there will be a cad drawing, then a 3d model of the rings together. Greg asked me when I would like it for and he was able to stick to this dead line as promised as he understood that gifts for weddings and anniversary's are important. The date arrived to collect my new ring. I opened the box and me and my husband both said "WoW!" It was really beautiful and more beautiful than I could ever imagined. This was a very special moment just like the excitement you get at Christmas when I was a little girl with emotions filled with love and joy. You could say I was more than happy.... my new ring was perfect ! I left and was reassured that if the rings together were to tight I could come back and get them made bigger. Well we had a super hot summer and yes I was back to get them made bigger. Jo then was a pure gentleman and nothing was to much trouble and resized the rings for me and not only that he offered that if I'm ever passing through give us a ring and we can check and polish them for you. Now I'm sharing this review as not only these gents are super talented but they care about the after service which goes a long way with me. So I thank you Greg and Jo I certainly with be back in the near future I loved the whole experience and would highly recommend anyone that needed something special made this is the place to go!!! I got my engagement ring custom made in Element jewelery and is absolutely amazing. My fiance design the ring him self with help of Joe who was AMAZING in communicating .We live far away from Birmingham and he was a massive help, the ring is so professionally made, and then the ring it was to big slidly and again big help ,when the ring came back i couldn't figure it out how they done it because it was no marks or anything to say it was resized but it fits like a glow now🙂😍 Thank you Joe and the shop ! I was looking for an eternity ring for my wife and wasn't having much luck finding what I wanted so a friend recommended Element to me. I sent an emailing asking if they could help with a photo of something that I had seen and from that moment on Joe couldn't do enough for me, he asked my budget and then based on that sourced the diamonds and sapphires I was after and designed the ring for me. He then sent me photos of the stones and made a wax model of the ring with the stones so I could see what it would look like. Once the ring was made I was planning on driving the 2 hour trip up to Birmingham to collect but Joe very kindly posted it recorded delivery to me. When I recieved it I was over the moon, it was exactly what I wanted and he even engraved inside the ring for me. Needless to say my wife loved it when I gave her it for her birthday. I would highly recommend Bespoke to anyone looking for that something special and unique
