The staff are friendly and there was no pressure. I don’t haggle but a little haggling was fun. I am really pleased with my necklace that I bought. Excellent quality. Where to start. Very very impressed with the service and range of designs they have in their store. We came all the way from Southampton after checking them out on Instagram for some bangles for my mum’s birthday. The man who served us was very patient and knowledgable about designs. We ended up buying more than we thought we would. Will definitely come again!

Where to begin: I have bought all my wedding gold from here, and after my experience and three visits I would most definitely always come here, not anywhere else. I feel like I am visiting my own family each time I am greeted warmly and treated fairly. The variety of designs and the choice is vast: if you cannot choose anything here, you might as well go back home. The other gold shops have very similar designs, I found many unique designs here especially for bangles. The brothers I dealt with were informative giving genuine advice, not pushing. In fact on my first visit I didnt even buy anything, they openly told me to return in two weeks when new stock will arrive. Overall, a fantastic place who now have a customer for life. Ignore the negative reviews - it is so obvious that someone is disgruntled and posting fake reviews.

Exceptional service and excellent quality gold! We purchased gold for a wedding from here and LOVE it! Just wish we had come here first as we also went to Friends Jewellers in Cape Hill, Smethwick and bought some gold there which turned out very poor and have had to take it back several times to be fixed to be charged extra! Do not shop there!! Anyway will definitely be coming back to Gold City. Not only is the quality brilliant but the designs are stunning too. Very pleased.

So I normally go to nashad jewellers as it’s local for me but my soon to be in laws are very good customers with this shop and always buy from here... they asked me to come down and see for myself, I was literally surprised!!! the variety and designs were amazing never seen such a extensive range already available without ordering.
