Just received my skull earrings and I don’t ever want to take them off. They are so beautiful and detailed. Jo and her craft represents the best of Birmingham - world class jewellery and the home of metal. Anyone passionate about either should look no further than Hellcat.

I ordered my engagement ring and wedding ring from Hellcat Jewellery. The rings were delivered so fast, but I had sized my ring incorrectly. I contacted Jo who was super helpful, I felt really silly at what I had done, but she was really lovely about the situation, and put me at ease. I sent the ring back to her and it was back on my finger in no time at all. The engagement ring I ordered is stunning, and I always get really lovely comments about it. It makes me smile when I look down at my hand. I haven’t worn my wedding ring as yet, as my wedding isn’t until May. However I can say that the customer service is absolutely amazing. The pieces themselves are more than stunning, truly beautiful, the craftsmanship is flawless. Each piece is beyond wonderful. I also have a coffin ring from them, which I love so much, and I hope to add to my collection of Hellcat Jewellery over time. I would highly recommend Hellcat jewellery.

Planned to propose to my better half but in typical fashion left it until the day before what would be the magical moment to actually place my order. Ordered the perfect ring and it came next day special delivery, only to need a resize (are guys supposed to know their partners ring size? Nevertheless, I was one size off!). Contacted Jo who happily took the ring back and resized to perfection, no quibble or fuss, and promptly sent back with next day delivery again! I was looking for someone who could do bespoke jewellery. but this was a very special type of jewellery - my gorgeous dog had passed away and i wanted to keep some of his hair inside a ring. I had bought urn necklaces previously but these ended up coming undone and losing his hair, so i wanted something secure. Jo was utterly brilliant and so caring and thoughtful about what i was asking for. I didnt want to send his hair in the post in case it got lost so Jo suggested taking it to her studio. And she also suggested me placing it beneath the stone, which was a really lovely, thoughtful thing to suggest and meant an awful lot to me. Jo was always quick to answer any queries and was just wonderful. Ive recommended her already to so many people. And i know that im going to be adding to my collection - the quality of the ring is amazing and i cherish it so much.

Owner Jo is an incredible talent who makes such good quality silver jewellery with designs I’ve not seen anywhere else. Jo is an amazing jeweler! She made my beautiful ring, an adapted version of one of her skull designs using yellow gold and peridot. Jo was so helpful and informative when I was deciding what design to have, giving me different options and prices to fit my budget. She also resized my mum's wedding ring to fit me which I had been nervous about leaving at any other jewellers but after meeting Jo at her studio I totally trusted her with it. I can't recommend her enough and I will be buying more of her designs in future.
