We visited yesterday for a watch battery and link addition when our usual jeweler had a 4-6 week delay. We were in a hurry and it was completed within 45 minutes and very satisfactorily by Jaswinder. Thank you for assisting us! We'll definitely use you again!

My daughter had a watch for Christmas which needed a few links removing. We were served by Ammer who was polite, friendly and helpful. Very professional in his manner and did a great job, also advised we could come back within 28 days if the size was not comfortable for a free adjustment. I was pleased with the price.

I went to get a ring re-sized and Jaswinder was really helpful in selecting the correct size. Once it was sent off it only took a week for it to be ready to collect and the ring fits perfectly. Jaswinder was really helpful and genuine and I’ll be back in a few weeks to get a new watch battery

Excellent! Would highly recommend. Very helpful and quick service and the man “knows his stuff”. I was initially apprehensive about leaving expensive jewellery behind but I had no need to worry. My 2 watches were replaced the next day (as I hadn’t taken them until late in the day) with batteries with no need to send them away, cleaned thoroughly and presented back at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing service! Have been using the services of Paul and In-Time for 16 years now. Although the watch brand no longer manufacture the watch band/strap I usually have replaced they came up with a solution to keep my watch going. I needed a ring repaired as it had split at the back so I took it to the In-Time stand in Debenhams Birmingham. I went to collect my ring today to find that not only had the ring been repaired beautifully but also a couple of the gems I had lost over the past few years had been replaced completely off their own accord. My ring is precious to me as my mom has bought it for me in Dublin for my 21st birthday a couple years ago and the fact that they had put that extra bit of TLC into my ring brought me to tears. Amazing customer service I am so grateful

I needed links removing from a watch bracelet and had been previously informed the links in the bracelet I had were difficult to separate. Located on the 3rd floor of Debenhams. I went to add a new link onto my watch, as it was quite tight on my wrist. The watch got looked at straight away, and took no more than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff who offered cheap prices. Only charged £5. Highly recommended! Great experience and would definitely come again.

Fantastic service - After trying 3 places to get my wifes DKNY watch strap fixed, eventually found In-Time Watch and Jewellery Repairs on the 3rd Floor Debenhams - what a great guy, fixed my watch within an hour will not go anywhere else in future, now I have found this little gem of a place.
