A friend recommended Jewelcast for a very important and sentimental job and I'm so glad I chose to go with them. They handled the work with such sensitivity and professionalism and I was delighted with the standard of service and the speed of work at every stage. They made me feel like a very valued customer from the very first communication and were extremely thoughtful and conscientious in the handling of such an emotionally precious piece of jewellery. Highly recommended.

I can't praise Karen and her amazing team enough. They are a breath of fresh air compared to all the casters I've gone through in my nearly 20 years in business. I think I might have tried 10 of them at least.... If there is a problem - which there rarely is as casting that aren't good enough just don't get sent - they deal with it in the best way, they communicate! There is never any quibbling, extra charging or whatever and you don't have to chase them. Castings are very good, both in silver and gold. However busy and expanding they are, the casting is also very quick. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Far superior quality casting than what I had in Austria and Israel. The service is amazing. I am so grateful for the personalised service I have always gotten from everyone at Jewelcast. Sometimes my designs were quite challenging to cast, but they called me in the Czech Republic and told me "no problem, don"t worry, we will get it". And they always have! They are truly wonderful partners to have.

The service I received from Jewelcast was second to none, I've used other casting companies and never experienced the same level of care and tracking. I sent of my wax on Monday, Tuesday I received confirmation of receipt, Thursday my items were cast and posted following payment. Friday morning I received my items, perfectly protected and fully tracked. Unbelievable, I will never use anyone else.

I needed to get this little dancer cast up in silver and found Jewelcast, which already had some good reviews. I'm not surprised!!! They did amazingly good work, superb attention to detail, and great communication when they called me to discuss a slightly more expensive method which would give a better result. It did, I was thrilled with the casts and the service overall, for an excellent price! This dancer is only 30mm tall so I didn't want any seams or marks or anything. She is perfect!
