This Omega boutique lives up to the Omega brand ethos. Laura, the brand manager was absolutely fantastic at assisting me in the issues I faced when I purchased my watch from another international store, all of which were independent of Omega UK and this boutique. She understood the gravity of my situation and took over. I cannot recommend this brand and boutique enough. If you're looking for a gorgeous Omega watch, get it from this boutique. Their service is beyond anything I've experienced before. Special thanks to Alexander the brand ambassador and the wider team at this boutique.

I had a very positive experience when visiting the Omega Boutique in the Bullring. Before going to the store I had indicated a few watches I might be interested in and when I arrived for my appointment Natalie had already got those watches that they had in stock out for me to look at. Natalie is very knowledgeable about the watches and did not try to steer my decision in any direction, simply providing useful information. As the purchase was for a special event the store had gone the extra mile and provided a glass of bubbles too, which was a lovely touch. All in all a very positive experience and I am very happy with my watch.

Personally my experience with this shop was fantastic Courteous patient polite and shock (rolex) they listened.Both the Lewis's were great and knowledgeable not like the staff in a rolex shop who don't know much really. Bought a Speedmaster and very happy with it.I will never go to a rolex shop again.

My 20 year old Omega constellation watch strap was broken and this store helped me sorted it. The staff were courteous and showed excellent communication throughout the job. Sasha, the store manager, offered an extra mile of service when omega engineers a hard time getting the parts due to the age of the watch. It took time but they gave the watch an excellent service. Would definitely recommend Omega watches and buy it from this store due to the excellent service and fair price!

Great service. My 23 year old Speedmaster had stopped working so I took it to the Bullring store. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable from Shan who served me and took my watch and Lewis who is a fount of all knowledge when it comes to the Omega brand. Four months later I collected my watch after a full service. Once again Lewis was on hand and spent 20 minutes or so just discussing all things Omega. I am sorry I did not get a chance to thank Shan. Well done and thank you.

Great customer service. Dealt with Lewis S on 2 occasions, who has altered my Omega bracelets for me. Answered any questions I had and was very professional & polite. I have got to say the service here is A1!!!! Working in retail myself I appreciate great customer service. I’ve been served by two different members of staff at different times of the year and both have been impeccable with their service. Not only in store but over the phone and quick email responses, (which is what enticed me in the first place.) I would highly recommend this boutique if you wanted an Omega and the after sales service to go with it.
