She took time to show me a wide range of options and made sensible suggestions which was very helpful to me. I went into Pearl Gallery to look for a replacement pearl for a ring. The young lady who served us was very polite and extremely helpful. She advised which would look best in the setting, showing us all our options. As we would not be able to collect the ring once repaired, she said it could be posted and it would be approximately a week. It arrived a day late, but I'm not complaining. The ring now looks complete again and perfect.

I was looking for something slightly unusual for my wife for our 30th (Pearl) wedding anniversary. Trevor, the owner of the shop showed me a variety of different pearls and recommended a very nice one of the Keshi variety in a pistachio colour. It was made into a very classy, modern necklace that my wife adores. I can only say that Pearl Gallery is a class outfit with high standards of knowledge and service. It's pleasing and reassuring in this day and age to receive this quality of service. I would recommend them to anybody.
