Impeccable customer service and range products. The staff could not be friendlier and more knowledgeable. These guys have no match when it comes to jewellery. After a detailed conversation about what I needed to purchase I was brought to my office a range of items to chose from. Richard, the owner, was very competent and charismatic. We also had a very pleasant conversation about diamonds history and provenance. All this made me very happy with what I chose in the end as I got something that was meaningful. All items were perfect though so the choice was not easy. I hope I will buy again soon. Wouldn’t go any other place now

Came looking for a souvenir ring from my years spent in uni at Birmingham. The incredible sales staff not only showed me many options in my modest budget but also went through mountains of new purchases in the back to find the perfect one for me. Love looking at my hand and seeing a victorian era Birmingham made gold band. The staff went above and beyond in every way possible, and made me feel very welcome. The service in this shop is 2nd to none. Yes, admittedly, you may have a short wait if the shop is busy but you will always be made to feel welcome until a member of staff becomes available. There are a lot of items for you to browse while you wait and the interior of the shop is fascinating. It oozes history. It has an atmosphere that is missing from so many of the commercial stores that are around these days. The staff have a wealth of knowledge and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. To quote the owner, ''it is all part of the Piccadilly package''. If you do not find what you are looking for, chances are the staff can source it for you elsewhere. Great store and a credit to Birmingham. Excellent retail experience.

i lost my engagement ring that was made in 1918. i found a similar one in piccadilly jewellers. the staff were kind and helpful. this was much appreciated because i was so embarrassed at losing it in the first place. the jewellery for sale is absolutely beautiful.

I have dealt with richard and his staff for many years, being a master goldsmith myself, i have found his knowledge to be Absolutely impeccable, i just left this revew after seeing another here, i am wearing a rolex president, custom designed bracelet with diamonds and sapphires that i designed with richard and had made through him as i no longer have a workshop, and have never had anything but proffessional and wonderful service,

Excellent customer service all round. They buy jewelry and gold so have a security guard on the door who does a good job at getting rid of trouble (probably the same people who leave low reviews).
