Initially I spoke to Sunny with no real idea of what I needed but his guidance and options catered for every requirement and when the day came to hand the engagement ring to my partner, the product was way more than anything she could have ever anticipated. G. M.I wanted an eternity ring for the birth of our first child and my 30th. My husband and I had previously brought our engagement and wedding rings from Ritz, so It was the first place I wanted to check out. I went online first on the website and noticed there was a WhatsApp number. I spent my Friday night messaging the man trying to explain what I wanted and he was so informative and willing to spend his Friday night getting an idea on what i wanted! He sent me a picture of a style that was perfect for me and a price. So we made arrangements to come to the shop to look at ring sizes and widths of the bands.
He listened to everything we had to say and included his input too. Once I was happy, my husband asked about getting his wedding ring reshaped and the middle of his ring part buffed up, which was no problem 😊.
I was kept informed about my ring through WhatsApp and was even sent a video when it was done and polished.
We went today to collect them and they are perfect!
So beautiful!!!

R. B.This is a great jewellers. You can get anything made or altered, and in the case of my wife's engagement ring to change the stone to a lovely blue sapphire only cost £70. Our wedding rings were bought there many years ago, and later we had the sizes altered there.
If you live in a small city like I do go there to see what real jewellery can look like, but beware it can blow your mind it is so beautiful.
