My favourite jewellers. I have shopped here for 30 years. Daniel, kim, Angela and the lovely new lady are all amazing. Ii work in Birmingham jewellery quarter and get discounts but still choose to spend my money here as the value is amazing. Robert's genuinely care about their customers and offer such great after care service. Love my new ring so much and almost feel guilty at the price I paid! Honestly if you work hard for your money please only spend it here. Thank you all so much and will be back soon xxx

Brought my intended fiancé an engagement ring today, and it was nothing but a positive experience from Beginning to end. Kim helped me through the process and made it so easy and informative. I didn’t know the ring size that I needed but was guided through it in a really nice informative way. I’m so happy with my purchase and the service I was given. "In these times where it is difficult to trust anyone, this is one jeweller who you can have complete confidence in. I bought a diamond solitaire ring which I had not seen in person and concluded the deal over the phone. The price was extremely reasonable and as I am not local to Birmingham, we were able to arrange a convenient pick up from his daughter who lives closer to me. The diamond was absolutely stunning and everything and more than what Mr Johnson had described and what I had seen in the excellent photos and video that he had sent. It was beautifully packaged and came with full certification and insurance valuation. I cannot recommend Robert's jewellers enough; their customer service is outstanding and I really believe it would be difficult to get a better bargain for really high quality gems elsewhere."

Was looking to purchase a replacement gold chain like one I used to have and had a certain style (not too wide and 'bling' but wanted good quality all the same) in mind. Chap who served me could not have been more friendly and helpful and found me one that fitted the bill perfectly and did a good deal to keep it within the budget I had in mind. Nice to see good old fashioned customer service still exists out there in this day and age, I knew I would find what I was looking for there - and I did!

Would recommend them to anyone, they not only have an amazing selection of unique, beautiful jewelry (my now wife and I spent days looking for the perfect ring without finding anything that was right, before coming here and finding multiple rings that we liked more than anything we'd found anywhere else and settled on one that was truly special). service excellent, used for many years, love to look in their window staff are very helpful, my husband loves the little sweaty touch on the counter, takes his mind off how much I might get him to spend, there is something for every price range and special moments. I lost one of my large hoop earring so decided to sell, first tried Harvey and Thompson don't know why they offered £8.00 went to Roberts £30.00. doesn't that say it all.
