Would highly recommend. Having previously lived in Birmingham I decided to visited the Jewellery quarter, in order to find out more and help decide on which engagement ring to buy. Had a fantastic introduction to the options from Seb, who was friendly, informative, and just a top guy! After doing some looking around, we decided that the price and the welcome we received were by far the best and came back to purchase from here. Thanks to all at SP Green & Co.

First time visiting the Jewellery Quarter today to buy Wedding rings and cant wait to come back! We were met by Jake and Susan i think it was? Jake was amazing and guided us through the whole process and explained the difference between the rings and which suited better, he really knew his stuff. We felt really at home in the shop, Jake and Susan were so easy to talk to and made us both feel very comfortable, even put the air con on when i had a hot moment! we left very happy after purchasing our beautiful rings and cant stop thinking about them! 💍 thank you Jake for all you did today, very muchly appreciated. I cannot recommend this jeweller highly enough. Charlotte from SP Green Birmingham was honestly the most friendly, knowledgable, and pleasant person when we bought the engagement ring and wedding bands. We visited numerous stores and ultimately found SP Green to be leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of the stores in terms of the array of products they can offer, the quick turnaround in the production of goods and ultimately the customer service provided. For us Charlotte made our experience through showing the vast array of wedding bands and diamonds and then working with us to give a fair and honest price. This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had - something I did not expect after visiting a few others jewellers in search of an engagement ring! Charlie showed us exactly what all the options were, let us know how and where we could do our own research and - crucially - gave us the knowledge we needed so that we understood what we were choosing. I had no idea about diamonds before but now feel like I'm an expert! Having visited Hatton Garden among other places before going to SP Green, their sales style was a breath of fresh air. There was nothing pushy about them, they let us make our own choices and, if anything, Charlie pushed us more towards cheaper options if he felt they were better value for money - quite the opposite of what we found elsewhere! The quality of the finished product was magnificent and my fianceé loves it, and the price was also very reasonable - significantly cheaper than London options and, according to the official valuation document they provided, less than half what the equivalent would have cost me on the high street. They didn't charge any extra for it being a bespoke and unusual design, they offer free resizing for life and give a good discount off wedding rings too. An engagement ring is one of the most significant things I will ever buy and these guys made it a pleasure to do so. Was delighted with the service, product and price and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Great customer service and honest communication. There are 3 stores in Jewellery Quarter - so this review is reflective of one of the stores. We visited a few months ago after visiting just one other store. We decided not to visit too many shops and the strategy worked. Jacqui served us who was friendly, patient and gave us some great advice. We really appreciated the customer service, speed of having the rings re-sized and also polished. I have experience of jewellery shopping from when I bought the engagement ring (A different non SP Green store) and I couldn't give that 5 stars. But with SP Green, we can definitely give top marks. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends, family and work colleagues.

Visited S P Green (amongst others) today with my bride to be to look at engagement rings. The shop was welcoming & open to you did not feel confined & the staff we saw (Tammy & Michaela) were very professional without being pushy. In the end we bought a platinum & diamonds ring for a very good price that we are both very happy with. I would recommend S P Green without hesitation, good range, good service & good value.

Absolutely wonderful. We almost gave up after 12 shops and very odd service from at least 3/4's of them. Charlotte served us here and the quality of the diamond, the price and the service was impeccable. Charlotte really put us at ease, we weren't rushed, we were given time to think and she really listened to the style I was after. Wonderful wonderful shop. When we buy jewellery, there is only 1 place we would go and that is to Green's. Their consultative, friendly and "cannot do enough for you" approach mean that whether you are working to a budget, looking for something off the shelf, something extra special or something totally unique..Greens make the effort to get it for you. We had my bespoke engagement ring from there. We chose the diamond and the setting then had it made to measure. Obviously, this is one of those things that has huge emotional attachment, so trusting this in anyones hands is a chore, but I was left delighted - so much so that we went back to get our wedding rings from them. We have also purchased cocktail rings, bespoke pendants and other jewellery from them both for myself and as gifts for others. My husband often buys for me and he always goes to Greens to see Ben as he knows he is in safe hands! We always leave feeling like we have had the 5* treatment and because of this, they will always be our first and only choice for buying jewellery. Make a visit knowing you will come away knowing you have exactly what you were hoping for and more!

Well I should start by saying that I live about 160miles away, and SP Green has become my favourite jewellers. I Bought a pre-owned Rolex watch, steel and 18ct gold strap with diamond dot dial and diamond bezel. As any rational person would do, before I even thought about making a purchase like this, I shopped around the web and did my research. I found quite a few companies with the same style watch but SP Green offered the total package if I'm honest, (apart from being the last website I found) for a start they have 3 bricks and mortar stores which is important when making a purchase of several thousand pounds. When I phoned I found whoever I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. The actual price of the watch was better than anywhere else (except dodgy ebay) with an after care service unrivalled. So my girlfriend and I decided to drive up. I mainly dealt with Elaine the co-owner, who is very knowledgeable of her trade, more than willing to go the extra mile for the customer (as all the staff seem to be) and is just lovely. You don't get that patronising feeling that a lot of higher end retailers can give just because your not wearing a shirt and tie. The actual watch itself is fabulous, beautiful quality white diamonds, not a scratch on it anywhere, original box and guarantee to go with it. I can't stop admiring it. On the whole I'm over the moon with everything, Elaine is helping me with another purchase and the whole SP Green experience makes you forget about the 320mile round trip, as you can see I am one satisfied customer who will be shopping here in future.
