Excellent customer service. Staffs are super knowledgeable and supportive. They even remember exactly my desired ring type and size the next day we came back. We ordered our wedding bands and I changed my mind a bit after a week, they try the best to solve the issue to get my ring on time! Highly recommend and will be back!

What a great experience! Brilliant jewellers. The staff are patient, helpful and friendly. We bought our wedding rings in 2019 ready for 2021 but COVID happened. Warstone kept our rings for us with no extra charge and changed the dates inscribed inside our rings. No hassle or fuss. They cleaned and plated my engagement ring aswell, ready for our big day. The prices are reasonable too. Thank you warstone jewellers. You will definitely see us Welsh couple again xx

I am extremely happy and grateful to Lynn and the staff at Warstone Jewellers for getting my special wedding band ready on time. They had a ring with a unique design that really caught my eye and there was an issue around the fit which needed alternation and some difficult intervention. Due to the special design she had to call up and down the country to find someone that could perform the precision work at really short notice. Lynn really gave me the personal touch and was able to pull out all the stops to get the ring finished and ready in time for the wedding- she was up to the challenge instead of just saying “sorry, no”. It means a lot when staff care for their customers and I really felt this at Warstones. Thank you once again!
