The whole team here are excellent. You might expect a franchise to suffer from poor customer service, but its the opposite here, they treat you like a small family shop, and remember you from visit to visit. Special shout out for Sandeep who is not only very responsive via email, but has amazing knowledge of the watches he sells, and went the extra mile in helping me sort a tricky bracelet. 10/10 - will use for years to come.

Really appreciate all the help and effort that Tracy in the Birmingham showroom went to to secure a Cartier watch for my daughter’s 21st. Picked up my Mothers watch, back from service. I had instructed the watch be sent back to Rolex, for this. On collection, I am told it was serviced by the in store watchmaker. Not happy! For the amount charged, and no proper Rolex service guarantee. Very poor, feel ripped off. I would like to update on the above experience. Further to being contacted by Watches of Switzerland, I was asked to return the watch, so it could be sent to Rolex, for the previously asked for service works to be done, at no extra cost. I feel more than happy with the stores response to my original dissatisfaction. The watch isn't back as of yet, but I was never concerned about the wait. Kudos to WoS 08/10/21: Collected the watch from there store. Perfect, extremely pleased, wonderful service and customer care resumed. Explains why I've been a customer of theirs for over 30 years.

Having bought two watches from these guys now, after being dissatisfied with the service at Goldsmiths in Bull Ring, I'd highly recommend them for their genuine customer service. I was looked after by Daniel Brown on both occasions, the first purchase for my wife and the second for myself, neither of which were pressure sales and in both instances I felt they knew exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the latter happened during a lockdown so I wasn't able to enter the shop but Daniel made sure to serve me as best he could under the circumstances. If you want the whole experience of buying a quality timepiece, from the ambience to the service, this is the place to go. I look forward to returning when the madness settles and adding to my collection.

Excellent service excellent watches on display. I purchased a watch for my parter and the lovely lady at the shop was very informative and new how to help us. We were given the time to choose what we wanted tried on different watches and even decided to buy some art work which was displayed on the shop. The sales person was incredibly friendly as they served us with hot drinks while we waited and even entertained the baby I believe they went across the road somewhere and purchased some soft toys for my baby to slow us to shop in peace! The selection of watches is great you feel safe and secure as there are security guards at the shop who even offered to walk us to the car park as we purchased the watch and walked out the shop. The shop is located in Birmingham city centre opposite the Tesco’s and within easy walk of bull ring and the car parks. The sales person was very kind in sending us photos of watches and helping us decide before hand. She impressed will recommend to anyone

I had a really good experience here with a chap, I believe, called Daniel. I went into another “high-street” jewellers, who gave a less than satisfactory answer when I queried an issue with my Breitling. They were hinting that it was a fake, despite me having all of the papers, receipt and the box! Daniel had a look for me, explained everything in great detail, took me through servicing options, how it worked, how much it would cost and when it would need doing. He showed me the features of the watch and how they worked, what they did and why they were useful. He also complimented me on my choice and explained why it was rare! Cannot beat this level of service. Thanks again!

When I made initial contact with this branch I spoke with Adam Watkins, it was a pleasure discussing my Rolex requirements as he is very knowledgeable and professional.
