Fantastic experience from the team at the Birmingham Bullring branch. Enquired about 3 watches I would like to view, sent to the store the next day ready for viewing. Matthew the store manager and his team were accommodating with all my concerns. Happy to say I left with a stunning IWC at a very competitive rate... I think it's safe to say I will be doing business again.

Hello Everybody, It started with a phone call to the Birmingham store and a softly polite gentleman answered by the name of Peter, responded ,"What can I do for you today." I said I was interested in a certain time piece. Peter told me what I wanted to know about the watch with confidence and experience. I told him I would think about it and maybe get back to him if I had decided to make a purchase or any other queries but really it was over my budget. However, I had thought about it a lot that day but it really was a little over my budget. Don't get me wrong. The watch is worth every penny but I still thought I must stay within my means. The next day I had received an email from Peter. It was spot on because he had made me an offer, not only a great one but, right on my budget. He read my mind. I thought right, the watch is mine. I emailed him back and went through with the transaction.. The same day, I received an email from Jasmine G. regarding verification checks. Which is great because it really does help to fight against fraud. Let's just say, they are protecting my money from other people buying a beautiful time piece at my expense. The next day I had received another email from Natalia S. to confirm with me some delivery details. I wanted the watch to be resized, no problem.. I wanted the watch to be delivered on a certain day, obviously free of charge, no problem. Then last and final email was from Peter himself asking me if I had received the watch and if everything was all OK. I replied, saying everything was just great and love my new time piece. Well, my experience was really great. They work so well as a team and they really do put the customer in the middle. No side lines.. Thank You NJ WHITE

From the first phone call to arriving at the store to view the watch, the service was excellent. Fair play to them as other “companies” treat their customers like dirt. Lovely watch and amazing service from everyone at the store. Thank you!
