I recently requested an estimate for selling a Cartier Tank Watch by filling in the request form on the website. Within a very short time I received an outline offer to purchase from Aaron, giving an estimate range which would be dependent on condition of the watch. The price range seemed fair and as was planning to visit Birmingham the following week I elected to drop into the office to have the watch checked out rather than use the postal service. Although I was expecting to be offered the lower end of the estimate, despite the watch needing some minor attention I was delighted to be offered nearer the top of the range and was pleased to accept the offer. I found the whole process to be simple and very efficient, with a bank transfer generated the same day. As an added bonus everyone in the office was very friendly and engaging, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Was quite wary at first, selling a valuable item without face to face contact. I even considered taking a trip to Birmingham to do the deal. However after a bit of digging, I found WP (Jay) to be very professional. A RM special delivery bag is posted to you and you simply pop in the item and post. Payment arrived via BACS within 24 hours of agreeing a price. In my case, my agreed price was at the lower end of their valuation but all in all, the service I received was excellent and I highly recommend WP diamonds

I tried 3 times to sell my ring on eBay. I tried fancy photos, a low Buy it Now price and I still wasn't able to achieve the price that WP Diamonds offered me and I cost myself a ton of listing fees because I added a Reserve price. I thought that throughout the process their communication was excellent and very fair. To anyone selling a diamond or diamond ring I would say be prepared to get less than you initially dreamed and read the guidance document WP provide; but I was not able to find a safer, and fee free way anywhere else.

After first evaluation I've sent the ring together with certificates by courier in their Birmingham office then after two days I received their offer which was higher than expected. The funds appeared on my account in less than 12 hours. Of course I was more than satisfied with the deal overall, their kindeness, speed and professionality and most of all there weren't any complications at all which are quite significant for services in my country.
