P. H.I had purchased a bespoke shaped platinum wedding band from another company for my partner which should have fit snuggly against the bespoke engagement ring but it did not. With the wedding only weeks away I was beginning to panic. Maria and James could not have been more helpful which was particularly pleasing considering the Covid restrictions in place. Within AN HOUR James was able to adjust the shape of the ring to make the desired snug fit. One happy bride to be ! Thank you both.
